Driver was waiting for us as we exited the terminal. Perfect size vehicle for five adults and luggage.

First off it was booked for the wrong day it was supposed to be blocked for Friday January 6 2023 and was booked for January 7 2023. I tried to get a hold of the company to fix this error witch I was unable to get a hold anyone the most difficult company to deal with that I have ever experienced. On top of that not only did the chatre me 163 dollars Canadian for a service I never even ended up receiving that fare was for a ten minute drive from Heathrow airport to my hotel ten minutes down the road. Stay far away from this company take a cab and save. Your money.

Always nice to pay for a private driver to pick one up from the airport after long travel. That being said, after collecting by bags, my driver was no where to be found. I had reached out via the Viator app and no response. I was getting ready to order an Uber and low and behold, after 30 min or so,of waiting my driver finally showed up. I couldn’t have been any happier, but the lack of communication is not ok. The driver was extremely nice and the van, which was needed, was perfect for all of our bags.

We booked through your site. We paid in advance. We got all the email notices that we were scheduled. When we arrived at Heathrow there was no car. We called the service you used to book our car. At first the young lady said we were standing in the wrong place. We moved. No driver. Called back. Now the same young lady informed us we had to pay an additional fee of 35 pounds, directly to her applepay account. We asked for a supervisor she came back and said it would be okay to pay the driver 15 pounds cash. We will never use your service again!
