Die Fahrt war pünktlich und wir fühlten uns wohl. Ich kann diese Firma nur empfehlen, der Preis ist höher, aber es war eine private Fahrt und sie blieben mit mir in Kontakt, um sicherzugehen, dass wir abgeholt wurden!

Als wir ankamen, mussten wir uns sogar eine SMS schicken. Das einzige Problem war, dass er bei unserer Ankunft keine kalten Getränke bereit hatte. Er hielt an und holte ein paar Biere. Als ich die Reservierung machte, hieß es Hin- und Rückfahrt, die Fahrer sagten, ich hätte nur für eine Strecke gebucht.

Es war kein Problem, unseren Fahrer zu finden, aber ich hatte mehr von einem luxuriösen Privatwagenerlebnis erwartet. Er brachte uns zu einem Van mit 10 Passagieren, der heiß und unbequem war. Während wir im heißen Van sitzen, versucht der Fahrer, unsere Rückfahrt zu buchen und sagt, dass er nur Bargeld für die Vorauszahlung nehmen wird. Wir lehnten ab. Insgesamt eine überwältigende Erfahrung.

Sie waren ausgezeichnet. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir von zwei Personen begrüßt, die bereit waren, unsere Koffer zu nehmen und uns zum Van zu begleiten. Beide Fahrer waren sehr angenehm und beantworteten gerne alle Fragen über die Gegend und machten die lange Fahrt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. Der Van war sehr sauber und schön.

Booked this shuttle specifically because it said drinks were included (not just beer as we have an allergy). When we got to the airport they had us wait 45 minutes and told us again we’d have drinks on the shuttle, eventually they put us in a minivan (also not what was described or photographed in other reviews) that had no drinks included. The driver told us something happened that day and his boss didn’t give him the drinks although we saw many empty cups and beer cans in the backseat. The driver did accommodate us and allow us to stop at the fresko for free but this was still not as described and I would have booked one of the other million companies offering luxury shuttles with drinks included had I known this was how it would turn out.

This wasn’t the most pleasant way to start our trip and although we had the best time in Cabo I have to be honest with this review. We arrived and went straight to where we were instructed for pickup. There was nobody there waiting. After asking around they found someone from the company and he did have a sign with my name on his clipboard along with several others. He proceeded to tell me they were out of cars and wouldn’t be able to take us to our hotel. He suggested asking for a refund and taking a taxi. After I put up a fight he asked us to wait a few minutes and he’d try to help. Finally after 40 min or so he found us a ride that we had to share with another customer that was in our same position from them. This is nothing against the driver Max who was very sweet but this company is not organized and will overbook and you will not get what you paid in advance for. You’re better off booking through your hotel or taking a taxi.

Tale of two experiences. The Viator arranged transfer was terrible! From the picture, I expected a Suburban or similar vehicle with bottled beverages. Our original transport broke down so we got a crappy Toyota van with bad AC and no beverages! We also waited forever! It was HOT! The driver did nothing when I told him I think we had drinks included with this. The return with this same company was booked directly with them. We had a nice Suburban with AC that worked well pick us up at the hotel with a courteous driver! I would book directly with the transfer company!
