Die Reisegruppe bestand aus 3 Frauen und einem Kind, davon zwei deutschsprachige. Da wir nicht alles, aber doch eine Menge verstehen, informierte uns „James Bond“ gar nicht mehr. Er lies uns an einigen Orten aussteigen und machte Mittagsschlaf. Wir waren uns selbst überlassen. Er erklärte der englischsprachigen Dame den Weg, uns sagte er sie wüsste Bescheid. Als wir im Auto ein wenig ruhten, während der Fahrt, sprach er über uns. An einem angekündigten Punkt der Tour, wo wir sehr gerne ausgestiegen wären und Fotos gemacht hätten, war es nicht möglich zu halten. Um sich selbst Obst am Straßenrand zu kaufen, war ein halten möglich. Die Beifahrerin wurde gefragt, ob sie mit aussteigen möchte, wir nicht. Wir waren dankbar als die Tour zu war. Das Geld hätten wir sinnvoller anlegen können, die Tour kann man mit Google Maps alleine organisieren.

We know your language but is very unfortunate you don’t wrote en English and also you don’t understand nothing on the tour because guide was in English not in german so the other customers don’t engage with you for the language and your passive and negative attitude. While it might be convenient to trade blames, that was a share tour with 12 more customers and you have chosen to leave out some very crucial details of the tour that is capable of influencing perceptions. Like was stated by some members of the tour your attitude posed a form of discomfort to them in this particular tour a folk of 5 family members and 2 youth girls and other family of 3 we already recibe a positive feedback and review for the family (5) unfortunately they don’t engage with you and we want to remark one for your passive negative and indifferent attitude on at all the activities and locations we visited and other for your language also you made complains about the tour guide was resting of course we like clarify him is human been and need to take a break and rest because Hana road is dangerous stressful and intense drive. Everything on the life is your Attitude, human been has the privilege to choose be happy or be sad and is complicated for some people be happy and adapt to the circumstances and that happened in your case you choose be sad and show your discomfort and negative perceptions of everything.

Absolut unglaubliche Erfahrung! Während die Landschaft atemberaubend ist, war das, was diese Erfahrung beispiellos machte, der Führer! Ich bin um die Welt gereist, habe unzählige Touren / Exkursionen gemacht und Oscar ist bei weitem der beste Führer, den ich jemals getroffen habe! Er ist nicht nur warmherzig, freundlich, lustig und kenntnisreich, er ist aufschlussreich und interessiert sich auf seiner Tour für jeden Einzelnen. Zu sagen, dass er die Inseln liebt und eine Leidenschaft für Führungen hat, ist eine große Untertreibung! Sie möchten Maui nicht besuchen und diesen Ausflug verpassen! I do not recommend this tour. There are cheaper tours to Hana that provide lunch and beverages. First of all the driver was rude. He had some beverages but they were warm,he had no snacks. He times you to see the black sand Beach. You are better off driving yourself.

Tony was a great driver/host. We had a great group which added to the experience. The only thing we would have liked to see was the general store, red sand beach and a little more of Hana.

Swimming at Black Sand Beach was definitely my favorite part of this experience. The Driver was a great, very experienced and friendly. Took us to get some lunch and it was delicious.

Not worth it for 7ppl to see black sand beach

Black sand beach was a 5, But that's all we saw up close.... Stopped to get lunch and stopped for banana bread. Pass by falls, saw turtles for top of mountain not close. I thought we would have been able to see waterfalls up close. $1170.00 for 7 to see black sand was ridiculous. Driver was nice and played trivia with us but sights were bland wouldn't recommend this tour.

The trip itself was amazing! Just know you aren’t getting cold water, iced coffee or chips. We didn’t bring anything for our 7 and 9 year old (based of what’s included) and the one granola bar didn’t cut it. Other than that the views were breathtaking and the tour guide was great. We enjoyed exploring the black sand beach as a family.

Worth the early start time! Fun day with great stops! So glad I didn’t have to drive the road to Hana. Seeing the black sand beach before the crowds was wonderful. Our guide and driver, James, was fun and interesting. He had a great sense of humor. Good amount of time at each stop with plenty of time to do something in the afternoon. Get there early if you want to sit together. We were on time but the last ones to load and didn’t get to sit together. The good thing was that sitting in the co-pilot’s seat made it easy to see and get great pictures!

The Black Sand Beach was most memorable. The waters were a bit rough, but great nonetheless. It is a beautiful place. We loved our stop for banana bread and pineapple smoothies. Our tour guide was kind, but a bit dry. It would have been nice if he’d been more upbeat. A six hour tour was needed to experience the places we stopped, due to the distance of the spots, but it was too long of a tour. If going with children, I’d reconsider next time.

It was a great experience - road to Hana is long but great to have an experienced driver to do driving ! The black sand beach was my favorite part of tour - The view of the mountains- water was very picturesque! The turtles were beautiful to see -what an amazing thing . If i have to say one complaint - is the air condition in van was a Big problem - with the driver not leaving it on - we always had to ask him to put it on - why ??? He gave us water -soft drinks and snacks - he played game questions on the drive -was amusing . All in all Oscar was ok . Appreciated that the tour was early in morning- less people and less warm - had time to be back and still have afternoon - Great Tour - great group in Van ...
