Abfahrtsort: Gehen Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft und nach dem Abholen Ihres Gepäcks nach draußen und überqueren Sie die mittlere Insel. Der Fahrer wird Sie zwischen Nummer 1 und Nummer 2 abholen. Wenn Sie Ihren Fahrer nicht finden können, rufen Sie bitte an und teilen Sie dem Betreiber mit, dass Sie einen im Voraus bezahlten Gutschein besitzen. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des Bedieners. Sie werden innerhalb weniger Minuten nach Ihrem Anruf abgeholt. Geben Sie den Gutschein dem Fahrer. Termine: Siehe Verfügbarkeit

Der einzige Nachteil war ein wenig Verwirrung beim Abholen. Wir mussten anrufen, um den Fahrer zu finden, da uns gesagt wurde, wir sollten in der Mitte zwischen den Zeichen 1 und 2 warten. Es gab nur die Zeichen 2 und 3 und auch kein Fahrer war an. Aber sonst eine tolle Erfahrung.

Das Auto war etwas schwer zu finden, keine großen Markierungen, aber sie blieben per Text mit mir in Kontakt und riefen sogar an, um sicherzugehen, dass wir den Fahrer gefunden hatten. Ich weis das zu schätzen!! Der Fahrer war nett und lachte sogar über unsere Witze

Dies ist ein totaler Betrug! Nicht kaufen !! Ich hatte einen Gutschein und sie weigerten sich, den Preis einzuhalten, den ich für die Überweisung bezahlt hatte. Sie würden uns nicht abholen, bis wir mehr Geld bezahlt haben, also haben wir den Service storniert. Es ist billiger nach Lyft oder Uber !!

Not at all what we were expecting

We thought we were reserving a private limo/SUV ride from the airport to our hotel but it turned out to just be an ordinary taxicab that we could have gotten for cheaper from the airport ourselves. Not only was the ride late but the driver was not safe. He was talking on his phone and watching youtube videos during our trip.

I did not travel with Carmel. It was cancelled by Carmel. The website was miss leading on the cost. Fortunately, the travel company called to make the correction and the cost was much higher.than lead to believe by Viator website when scheduling the pickup. Please credit my account.

It was a nice ride from the airport to the hotel. Very interesting and enjoyable. Also comfortable. Julio was a good driver (some of the taxi drivers text while driving for example while Julio is more professional)and good to talk with.

Extremely rude and unprofessional

Our driver was pretty rude , made several rude comments , some directly and some under his breathe . It was a very uncomfortable experience and upsetting . We have never met someone in Hawaii that was rude , everyone is so kind so this was a very unexpected and disappointing experience . We will never book with this company again .
