Nachdem ich vor Monaten gebucht hatte und dafür bezahlt hatte, als ich um 12:30 Uhr am Flughafen ankam, sagten sie, sie hätten kein Auto zur Verfügung. Sie sagten, ich hätte nicht bestätigt. Das war nicht wahr, als ich meine Flugdaten schickte. Und vor allen Ewigkeiten, als die E-Mail verschickt wurde. Als ich fragte, wie ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, sagte er, ich müsse online gehen und betteln, haha. Aber zur Information anderer waren es nur 31 Dollar, einschließlich seines Trinkgeldes. In einem Taxi Die aufgeladenen 62 Abzocke sage ich. Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück? Geld zurück. ? ? ? ?

We had purchased private transportation from the airport in Memphis, TN to our hotel in downtown Memphis. Our confirmation said that the driver would be outside the baggage claim holding a sign with our name on it. My husband has mobility issues and was using an airline wheelchair. I took the baggage outside and looked for our driver. No one was there for us. I called the phone number on our confirmation and was told that we had to pick up our ride on the ticketing level on the top floor. This was a very frustrating and difficult process. The airline employee who was pushing the wheelchair had to come with us and I had to take the luggage. The driver finally showed up but I would not use this service again.

DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP. Upon arrival, I called the toll-free number as per instructions. I was disconnected once. I called back then was transferred to the dispatcher. The dispatcher told me that I would have to call Viator and get my refund because they had no driver available for me. I was told that when I made the reservation that morning, they thought they would have a driver for me by 7pm.....but that "they could not get me a driver". No apologies were given. Waited 15 minutes and called.told us that they forgot and a, car was coming .It was a Uber 4 door Jeep!! I never had my experience. Boarding plane and booked car service at next airport. Viator took payment and no word before that about what else needed to be done. I then got that but in air and unable to confirm. When landed I called them, they had no cars and told me to go back to Viator for refund. I realize booking was same day but then you should not charge client until it is clear the operator can accommodate.

A little disappointed

We are pretty go with the flow people, but we’re disappointed to find out our prearranged driver was delayed and wouldn’t be able to pick us up. We truly appreciate the company was on top of things and prepared to secure another ride for us. However, we paid for a premium car service and ended up with a standard ride share. The driver was nice enough but her trunk was full of large personal items and it was difficult to get our large bag in, the music was loud and it definitely wasn’t a clean, smoke free car. Again, I appreciate the service but can’t rate it 5 stars for those reasons.

My driver, Sherry, was very nice and professional, however, I was picked up in an older Toyota Camry with a huge crack going across the windshield. I'm accustomed to private transport being a late model SUV or some sort of black sedan. For the fee I paid, I should have had a decent car. I was highly disappointed. This is my second bad experience with Viator and its affiliates. Needless to say, I'm NEVER using this company again.

We used this service to travel from the airport to Downtown Memphis. An excellent service was provided, I was contacted by text the day before to let us know the driver would be collecting us and then again to say the driver was on his way for us and again to say our driver had arrived. This was very reassuring as we arrived quite late at night.. Our driver was waiting for us and took us on our journey. He was very pleasant and told us some information about Memphis and showed us some of the famous sites on route.. A very pleasant experience!

First, I was told that we would be met at the airport with someone in the baggage claim area with a sign with my name on it. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Second, I had to look up the number to call from a text message I received. When he answered the phone he was surprised to hear from me since he didn't realize that I would be at the airport. That was when he called someone else. Third, eventually I got a call from someone who was already waiting for us. This was no nice car it was a PICKUP TRUCK and the driver was from Uber. Lastly, Viator charged me 62. I used another car service while I was in Memphis that only charged 20 to take us back to the airport five days later at 8:00 AM.
