Benjamin, der Fahrer hat uns beim gewünschten Hotel abgeholt und die einstündige Fahrt zu den Everglades sehr informativ und lustig gestaltet. die Zeit verging praktisch wie im Flug. die Everglades-Tour am Luftboot war super. Haben zwar nur wenige Tiere gesehen aber trotzdem alles super cool gewesen. das Einzige, was man sich wirklich sparen könnte ist die Aligator-Show. Arme Tiere... es wird einem mitgeteilt, dass diese Tiere "vor dem Tod bewahrt" wurden.. aber wenn diese Tiere vor dem bewahrt wurden, muss man diese doch nicht unnötig den ganzen Tag den Menschenmassen aussetzen und dann Maul auf - Maul zu.. und die Babyaligatoren werden im 10-Sekunden-Takt für ein Foto von Besucher zu Besucher weitergereicht.. und anschließend werden sie in einen Mini-Käfig nicht größer als ein Meter eingesperrt.... diese Tierquälerei hat für mich leider alles in den schatten gestellt

Toller Fahrer (Hagan), der uns zuerst von unserem Hotel abholte und uns eine großartige Stadtrundfahrt gab, bevor er andere Gäste abholte. Witzig und informativ zugleich. In den Everglades hat er Fotos von uns und den Baby-Alligatoren gemacht. Ebenfalls Teil der Tour waren kostenlose Bilder von Ihnen und dem Baby-Alligator. Die Bootsfahrt war gut. Sah 5 Alligatoren und ein paar Vögel.

Diese ganze Erfahrung war von der Sekunde an unvergesslich, als wir in den Bus stiegen. Jeder war unglaublich und kenntnisreich! Der Busfahrer Hagen war in jeder Hinsicht eine 10/10! Persönlichkeit, Aussehen, Wissen und Charisma. Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit und es war eine sehr unvergessliche Erfahrung.

Der Fahrer auf dem Weg zu den Everglades war großartig! viele Informationen über Miami und Umgebung während der Fahrt. Der Reiseleiter der Everglades ist auch sehr informativ, eine großartige Erfahrung für Erstbesucher. Der Nachteil war, dass wir nur einen Alligator gesehen haben, Landschaft und Vögel waren großartig.

We loved it! The trip included transport from the hotel, the Everglades tour for 1 hour, a short show with alligators and a picture with a baby alligator too, all in all very happy! The only downside to mention is that it was sold as a small group tour, but in the Everglades tour there was at least 15 or 20 people, and we were actually looking forward to be a smaller group then. Everybody was very nice though!

This was an *outstanding* tour. Our very first Viator booking and we were super impressed. The communication before the tour was impressive - we asked a few questions using the “contact the tour guide” feature and had responses within minutes! The tour guide was bilingual and gave the tour in English and German to so all passengers could understand. We received a comprehensive history of Miami and the Everglades on our way to the airboat ride. Our guide was clear in his instructions for pickup after our boat ride. The airboat ride was professionally done and lots of fun! Knowledgeable captain with more great info about the ecosystem and wildlife. The alligator show after was also impressive - the brave young fellow who got in the tank with the alligator was funny and also gave us more awesome info about gators! I’m the ride back our driver was extremely kind in offering to drop us off at the location of our choosing that was on the route back to our hotels. Seriously, Viator, we are super impressed and gives us complete confidence in booing more tours with you. Thank you for a quality experience!

Will someone call me? We went to the meeting point in Biscayne, drove to south beach, and came back to Biscayne all in 1 hr and 15 min in a van that wasn't blowing out cold air. It's unacceptable we drove around in the heat to come back where we started. We hop off the van when it took us to Biscayne again. No way we can go to the park in 45 min in the heat. The driver was hot too bc his window was down the whole time! Please refund!!!!

The trip was well organised, I am happy I went in a smaller group, everything ran to schedule, when getting picked up in the morning the tour guide was on time. Our tour guide was Haagan, he kept us entertained and was very informative on Miami and the Everglades. I enjoyed the Everglades, I was initially in two minds about going as I was considering the whole tourism v environmental impact so seeing that the boats don’t go too deep into the Everglades made me feel more comfortable, we did however go far enough to see a few alligators. In regards to the show, people seemed to be entertained however it’s not something I felt comfortable with, it’s good they have rescued alligators but they shouldn’t be wrestled for the entertainment of tourists, showing rescued alligators in a separate section of the Everglades would be much more humane. I also saw animals in small contained areas, I just hope they are not always kept in those very small spaces. People were taking pictures with a baby alligator, in which the baby alligator had a strap tightly fastened around its mouth, I decided to not have a photo, things like this are bound to stress the animal and it’s not fair on them.

If you’re thinking about doing this tour.. do it! It was an experience I will remember the rest of my life. It was the best part of my trip to Miami! Do be aware that from pick up, the drive is like an hour to the actual place. Got picked up at 1:30pm didn’t get back until 6pm. So clear your schedule for this event.
