This excursion was absolutely worth the money!! We took a 4hr private ride - our captain was very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages (including English) and took us to multiple locations around Moorea! We went North around the island and snorkeled at a coral garden, with stingrays and sharks, and at the tikis. They provided rum punch, bottled water, and fresh fruit. Even my husband said this was his favorite, most relaxing excursion and has never snorkeled! Highly recommend! The transportation was easy and right on time with easy directions provided in the welcome email!

Our captain, Teeboe (I apologize for the misspelling), and guide, Ana were friendly, knowledgeable and so much fun. We snorkeled, swam with the sharks and rays and visited an underwater Tahitian museum. We also enjoyed some delicious fruit, juice and mai-tais. It was the most memorable day!

I'm going to butcher the captain's name (sorry), but captain Tiboux and snorkeling guide Hannah were excellent! The boat and experience were both incredible. We snorkeled with black tip reef sharks, stingrays, camouflaged flounders, and a wide array of tropical fish in the coral garden. Guide Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable on the various species, and her instruction really enhanced the experience. The captain claimed his English wasn't very good, but he was actually really funny and both of them were very proficient English speakers...much better than my French, for sure. Overall, this is a can't miss excursion.

We had an amazing time on the Taboo! The crew was great, super knowledgeable and interesting. Leo was an amazing sailor, the snorkeling was terrific and the fruit snacks and drinks were an added bonus. Oh, and did I mention the amazing views from the boat? Just WOW. I highly recommend this tour!!

Absolutely awesome experience and crew. Kevin and his partner were kind, informative, fun and inspiring. Boat is perfect for the unique experience. Swimming with sharks, stingrays and tons of beautiful fish was absolutely incredible. They even took videos of us with our go pro. We had a tight schedule and their pick up/ drop off system is a well oiled machine. Highly highly recommend!

The caption was excellent!! Friendly, knowledgeable & courteous! We swam with stingrays and black tipped sharks, saw the beautiful coast of Moorea, had delicious fruit on board, snorkeled and saw so many different types of fish. To top it off we even got to see a sea turtle!!

Arrived in Moorea on the WindSpirit. Booked this as a private tour due to time constraints. I received amazing communication ahead of time as to time and location. We walked off the dock and our ride was waiting. Spent an amazing day snorkeling with rats, shark and various other fish. Got to see the underground statues and enjoy fresh local fruit and rum punch. It was a perfect day and the crew was funny, attentive and professional. Cheers to Taboo

Fantastic Experience with Great Mix of Snorkeling and Romantic Sailing

This half-day tour was a great mix of snorkeling and romantic catamaran sailing. The guide was very friendly and did a great job of explaining the snorkeling, local tropical fish, island lagoon, and Moorea as a whole. We started snorkeling by swimming with sting rays and small black-tipped reef sharks (which were very easy-going) and then moved on to a coral garden and very colorful tropical fish. We ended the day snorkeling in a the larger lagoon and seeing buried replica tiki. Throughout the whole time, the catamaran sailing provided a fantastic view of the ocean, lagood and Moorea's mountains. The experience was very romantic (and even included some light drinks and fresh fruit)! Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal experience. Kevin and Fanny took us to 3 different snorkeling spots - one with sharks and rays, a coral garden (breathtaking) and the underwater tikis. The boat was great and they both were informative guides. This was by far the best snorkeling trip my husband and I have been on. Highly recommend 💯
