Insurance companies are responsible for bad weather insurance, flight delays or other problems and you contacted Viator and not me. Viator is your contract partner. I'm the tour operator and darling, knowing you, I would tell any to be cautious with you. You don't hesitate to tell anything you want, far of any truth.
The group was 15 people. 12 appeared and you didn't. I paid the guide, food, beer. Restaurants charge for tours normally in advance. This is not a a la carte event. Your cristal ball was joking, when you read your assumptions.
The conditions are stipulated by Viator. Read the contract!

because instead of cancelling your tour, I changed with your permission without any cost to another time. We work all day to satisfy customers (not people like you)
You write "Bad Experience", but you didn't visit it, but your words tell more about you.
If you book a tour, that took place and you occupied 3 seats, that could not be sold to others and you realize in the last minute, you can't do the tour (this is possible 24 hours prior tour begin) and than you blame me or my organization for following the contract, I ask myself if you are a normal person.
If you don't accept the Viator conditions you must call them not me and use other platform with your conditions
