Der perfekte Tag!

Unsere Tour durch das Napa Valley war perfekt! Vor unserer Reise hörte Gary sich meine vorgeschlagene Reiseroute an und begleitete mich bei Zwischenstopps, um über das Hinzufügen und Mitnehmen nachzudenken. Er tut dies seit einigen Jahren und alle seine Empfehlungen waren genau richtig, insbesondere unsere Startzeit zu verlängern 1. 5 Stunden. Ich schwöre, wir waren bei jedem Stopp der Menge direkt voraus. Der Tag der Reise war Gary prompt und das Fahrzeug war wunderschön. Er brachte sogar einen Kühler für Wasser mit. Er war sehr sachkundig und teilte Kleinigkeiten über Dinge, die wir auf dem Weg weitergaben. Er hat uns angeleitet, unser Essen online zu bestellen, um Zeilen zu vermeiden, die unsere „Uhr“ verschwenden würden. Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, er wollte, dass wir eine tolle Zeit haben und unsere Reise maximieren. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten unsere Weintouren aufgrund des sicheren Transports genießen. Meine Fraktion stimmt zu, dass wir bei jeder Rückkehr nach Napa Gary anrufen!

It was very convenient to have a driver in Napa. Do make sure you have tasting reservations ahead of time. We did. I recommend only visiting 3 wineries. We had 4 and it was a little too busy. Also plan on a short stop for a snack along the way or bring a snack. Our driver was excellent and helped us lay out a plan.

Highly recommend this service! Gary was very knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. From start to finish, he made sure that we made our tasting reservations in advance and followed up a couple of weeks prior to our trip to ensure everything was set. Definitely allowed us to just sit back and enjoy our vacation as it took away the worry of sorting out transportation. He had lots of nuggets of information to share as we drove around and the recommendations he made for booking tastings were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our tour and will definitely be using this service again when we return.

Bummed at the price difference from on app to getting in car

I paid through the visitor app- but then Gary said I owed more and had to give him my credit card as he said the visitor doesn’t charge all fees. I even emailed him after I got in unpaid balance and he said I didn’t have to pay, but then the driver said that Gary told him I did. I would have just liked to have known before hand and if Gary didn’t lie to me in the email as I already spend 400 on this trip and then to have to pay more was a little frustrating to say the least. Driver named Kevin was great though. Prices should be the prices and shouldn’t have to cough up more once you tell me we are all good.

The only add on charges is a driver's gratuity and a fuel surcharge. There are no taxes or hidden fees at all. Both fees are clearly stated on the trip sheet sent out to the clients far in advance of the tour date. This client is complaining about the driver's gratuity and fuel fee on the day of the tour. She had plenty of time to cancel the tour with no financial obligation at all if she didn't agree with our charges. Saying that I told her that she didn't have to tip the driver who served her for six hours is absurd.
