Der Fahrer holte mich vom Hotel ab und war pünktlich da, der Reiseleiter Arif verfügt über hervorragende Kenntnisse, ich liebte seine Erklärungen und sein Talent, an den besten Stellen gute Bilder zu machen. Nach einer fantastischen Tagestour durch Delhi beschlossen mein Mann und ich, erneut bei Zahid zu buchen, um zum Taj zu gehen. Leider konnten wir die Reise aufgrund von Visa-Problemen nicht machen, aber ich wollte schreiben, um zu sagen, wie wunderbar die Kommunikation mit Zahid war und wie verständnisvoll er war, dass wir die Reise machen konnten. Fantastic seamless day of adventure, inspiration, and relaxation. Never a worry as you’re picked up at your hotel, escorted to your train seat, a driver is waiting at the platform in Agra, with the same process for the return to Delhi. Amir was an incredible guide and I highly recommend him each stop during the day is interesting and the Taj Mahal is a building that must be seen to be appreciated.

I booked this review based on other reviews, and I was not disappointed. The whole experience was seamless. Faizel was my tour guide and in Agra, and he was simply great! He was informative, personable, easy to get along with, engaging but gave me space to explore. Despite having visited the Taj Mahal over 1000 times, he still spoke about it with awe and wonder which made my experience very special. This tour, and Faizel in particular, are highly recommended!

The tour was so much better than expected. Our tour guide was very helpful and professional! His way of telling the history of Taj Mahal sent me back to the era where it was really built. We had a really great time during the tour. Tip: The train serves food, so you don’t have too worry about breakfast to cath the early morning train.

The tour is extremely well planned and there’s help available every step of the way. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped to the station where another team ensures you’ve been guided to your seat. Our experience in Agra too was amazing. Arif met us at the station and was extremely patient and diligently explained details in a way that all members of my family felt connected and interested. we had a lot of problems with the reservation being confirmed- unconfirmed- confirmed until last minute because of G20. They made reservations for the train on way there but we had to come back in car - which at the end was better. We did not visit all sites the tour said but if we asked we could have gone everywhere since the tour guide was very flexible. We had as tour guide Abdul Amir and he was absolutely fantastic!! My mom didn’t speak English and he did all explanations in Spanish - so impressive. The most incredible is the kind of pictures he made for us in the TajMahal. He was very kind, very honest, friendly and professional. The best of getting this tour from the agency. Throughout the full process I felt there was great communication from the agency and very customer oriented

So the trip started off with a rocky started. We arrived in New Delhi from Nepal at midnight and booked this trip to Taj Mahal for the following morning. Originally we booked to include the super fast train but due to G20 and traffic diversions in Delhi, we were moved to a private car including entrance tickets. Very kind gesture on their part and much appreciated! Helpful communications via Whatsapp started a week before the trip. Unfortunately, we were told the trip would start at 6:00 am. We waited in the hotel lobby til 6:15 but no tour to be seen so I called the number on Whatsapp. Luckily, someone answered and he told me that I am scheduled for 7 am instead. We were annoyed because after you just got off a long flight, every extra hour of sleep would help. Friendly driver Sunil arrived which promptly left for Agra. We slept real well in the car and got to Agra by 11 am where we met our friendly private guide Shoaib at the office for the travel agency. Shoaib was very friendly, very informative and super patience in taking our photos with having a chat in between. We truly enjoyed his company and felt lucky to have him as our guide. Unfortunately, due to the mishap in the morning and also due to us taking too long with taking pictures (I mean, who wouldn’t be amazed after sightings of Taj Mahal), it was almost 5pm and Shoaib told us we wouldn’t make it before it closed. He was very apologetic but offered to stop by elsewhere for a photo op which we declined. It was late by that point and I didn’t want them to stay later than necessary. Again, he was apologetic and we told him it wasn’t his fault. Now we have a reason to return to Agra! After dropping Shoaib back at the travel office, we returned to our hotel in Gurugram where we arrived by 11 pm. It was very late but unfortunately, some kid hit our car in traffic and ran! It wasn’t Sunil’s fault as he was standing still waiting for the traffic to move but this kid was being impatient. Sunil scared he would be in trouble but I told him I would contact his office to back him up. It was a long day in the end but still worth it for us. Unforgetable experience

I was very disappointed that my tour of Delhi was cancelled due to the G20 disruptions but this trip made up for it 10 times over. From the moment I was picked up early morning everything was running smoothly. I was literally placed in my seat on the train in New Delhi. In Agra I was greeted by Arif and the driver and my day was without the hitch. Arif made sure that I feel safe and well looked after – a proper VIP treatment. As a solo traveller I would be struggling in the chaos and sheer number of people. With Arif’s help I have had the most amazing experience and have seen every bit possible. Arif is a local and knows so much about Taj Mahal and had been able to answer all of my questions. It was very very wet day and Arif tried to shelter me from the driving rain all the time as much as it was realistically possible. Despite the weather Arif made sure that nothing is missed, and I had a very detailed nearly 3 hour long tour of Taj Mahal. He even took me to the clothes shop to by some dry clothes after our Taj Mahal visit. The lunch and the break was perfectly timed to try and take in what I had seen. We proceeded to the Agra fort which was , in a different way, equally magnificent experience. The driver was always quick to meet us when needed and made sure that I had plenty of fresh chilled water. All of the provisions were of top quality, cars were clean, safe (as much as that is possible in Indian traffic) and well air conditions to combat the heat and humidity. I felt that this was a good value for money trip. I don’t know what other guides are like, but Arif is superb and if possible ask for him to take you around.

It was an incredible experience and the view is awesome. The best part was the guide, his name is Vishal Garg (Agra). It was so gentle, and respectful for the monuments, always pending of you. He explained so well the history, he spoke excellent Spanish and everything was understood. You can feel comfortable with him during your visit and his recommendations. He is so patient and a great person. In addition, he is an extraordinary photographer, they took us so beautiful photos. If you are going to book this, you should try that he was designated.

Great tour and guide, even amid bad weather

I had no idea what to expect, as this was my first trip to India and therefore my first tour of Agra and the Taj Mahal. My guide, Kaif, was absolutely fantastic, both in his knowledge of all the landmarks we visited and in his accommodation of the incredibly rainy weather. It basically rained all day, sometimes quite hard, and he gave me the umbrella without missing a beat telling about the history of each location. He suggested a few small adjustments to the itinerary to account for the weather, and it worked out great. We even made a few small detours at my request, pulling along the side of the road for photos -- even if it meant enduring s few horns from the vehicles behind us. The tour was absolutely the highlight of my India trip, and I highly recommend Kaif as a guide if you can request him.

Everything was well planned out and the guides literally brought me to my seats in the train. The entire experience from start to finish was smooth and comfortable for a group of 4 who were unfamiliar with the language and lay of the land. Ride picked us up very shortly after the scheduled time due to road construction, but got us to the train with ample time to spare. Train ride was comfortably air conditioned with about an hour of food coming to us for breakfast (same for dinner). Kaif met us at the station in Agra and we hit it off with him immediately upon introducing ourselves. Kaif made the entire experience, period. We all could not have asked for a more polite, balance humored, accommodating, and informative guide. He was willing to take us to places not on the itinerary that met our needs, and gave us more than sufficient time at the places we wanted (within the guidelines of the entrees of each location). Could not have asked for a better guide, like I said, he made the experience what it was for us. Train ride back was a bit of eating, but mostly snoozing from myself and the team of friends. Ride back to the hotel was chaotic as Delhi tends to be, but our driver knew how to navigate the chaos very well. 100% would recommend anyone do this tour with this company, and ask for Kaif and you will never be disappointed. -Rayyan and the PTaufiq India Escapade

As a woman solo traveler first time in India. this tour was great. I felt safe and well taken care of from the driver who picked me up and brought me to my seat on the train, to my tour guide who met me as I got off the train to the return trip back to the hotel. Kaif was my guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable and full of great stories to make history come alive. He customized the whole time to meet my goals for the trip. He recommended great options that I had not even considered. The restaurant he recommended was excellent. He took pictures for me and sent even more of his personal pictures to me that captured the Taj Mahal in different lights and seasons. I would highly recommend Kaif as a tour guide and Amin as a tour agency.
