Owais ist ein guter Führer, der uns das Taj und das Rote Fort zeigte, aber das Grab von Itimad - ud - Daulah war nicht wie angekündigt enthalten. Das war uns damals nicht klar, aber wir wunderten uns, warum wir ein paar Stunden früher als angekündigt in Delhi ankamen. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass wir einen der Einschlüsse verpassen würden, und dies wurde uns erst bei der Rückkehr nach Hause klar. Achten Sie auch auf die Toilette in ihrem Hauptbüro. Es war in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand ohne TP, keine Seife, keine Papierhandtücher. Bei der Abholung war kein Wasser im Auto vorhanden. Es erschien erst nach der Ankunft in Agra.

Gut organisierter Ausflug zum Taj Mahal

Unser Fahrer holte uns von unserem Hotel in Delhi ab, bevor wir uns auf eine bequeme Reise nach Agra begaben, wo uns unser Reiseleiter Sadiq begleitete. Die ganze Reise war sehr gut organisiert mit viel Wasser und Toilettenmöglichkeiten. Sadiq war sehr freundlich und sachkundig und kannte all die großartigen Fotospots am Taj Mahal. Wir genossen auch ein schönes lokales Restaurant zum Frühstück und sahen das Fort und "Baby Taj", bevor wir uns auf die Rückreise nach Delhi machten. Sadiq hat es wirklich zu einem angenehmen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.

Wir mochten die Organisation der Tour. Fahrer pünktlich und hat uns sicher nach Agra gefahren. Owais wartete in der Nähe des Taj Mahal und verbrachte einige informative zwei bis drei Stunden vor Ort. Ich hatte mir dieses erstaunliche Denkmal angesehen, aber der Besuch machte es mit Herrn Imtiyaz, der unser Führer war, noch unvergesslicher. Er war von Anfang an so bescheiden, als wir vom Hotel abgeholt wurden, bis wir zurückgebracht wurden. Sie haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, so wohl zu sein. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall für das gleiche empfehlen.

Liebte diese Tour. Chotu, unser Fahrer, und Ankur, unser Führer, waren wunderbar. Als zwei weibliche Reisende fühlten wir uns bei beiden sicher. Ankur ist sehr sachkundig (und ein ausgezeichneter Fotograf) und wir haben die Geschichte hinter Taj Mahal und Baby Taj genossen. Wir wurden in ein nettes Restaurant geführt, das eher auf Touristen ausgerichtet war, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Raum sauber. Chotu hielt an, als wir eine Toilette brauchten, und suchte sich ausgezeichnete Orte für Morgentee und Nachmittagskaffee und Diät-Cola aus. Nebenbemerkung – engagieren Sie nicht die „professionellen“ Fotografen im Taj Mahal. Im Vergleich zu Ankur sind sie Amateure. Gib ihm einfach die Extra-Tipps :)

Unser Fahrer war pünktlich, freundlich, stellte Wasser zur Verfügung und hielt unterwegs zum Tee an. Der Weg hinunter nach Agra war ziemlich schnell. Als wir ankamen, trafen wir unseren Guide Amaan. Er war sehr gut informiert über die Sehenswürdigkeiten und sprach gutes/klares Englisch. Er blieb bei uns, um uns durch die ganze Zeit zu führen, ließ uns aber trotzdem genug in Ruhe, um von Zeit zu Zeit unsere eigenen Dinge zu tun. Ich war schon einmal mit einem Führer in Agra, aber dies war das erste Mal meines Mannes. Dies war eine bessere Tour, die ich gemacht habe, weil Sie nicht zu all den touristischen Kunsthandwerksläden herumgeschubst oder unter Druck gesetzt werden, danach etwas zu kaufen. Sie überließen es uns wirklich, ob wir zum Essen aufhören wollten oder nicht. Wir haben uns entschieden, vom Taj Mahal direkt zum Roten Fort zu fahren, und es war eine gute Wahl, weil wir dort die meisten Menschenmassen geschlagen haben. Wenn Sie dies tun, packen Sie unbedingt ein paar Snacks ein. Der Fahrer bleibt beim Fahrzeug, sodass Sie nicht wertvolle Gegenstände im Auto zurücklassen können. Amaan hat auch ein paar wirklich tolle Fotos für uns gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sadiq, the guide, made my trip to the Taj Mahal and the city of Agra unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting the “Baby Taj” (Itmad-ud-Daula mausoleum in Agra). Stunning architecture that inspired the Taj Mahal, and no crowds. The taxi ride from New Delhi and back was as good as the road journeys get in India. Thank You!

We were fortunate to have Shuaib with us as a guide- he was very knowledgeable, helpful and a great amount of fun to spend the day with. We really enjoyed this tour! Our tour guide Shuaib was extremely warm, welcoming and open to share his knowledge of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. A really lovely young man. We learnt a lot from the tour, it was at a comfortable pace, flexible and we never felt pressured or rushed. Breakfast was in a nice local restaurant with cuisine to suit western and Indian palates. I have already recommended this tour to a colleague. This is a very professional company - good driver, safe and on-time car service. There is nothing I would change.

The Taj Mahal at sunrise was spectacular! Aside from beating the crowds (still a crowd but not as much during the day), sunrise provides a more tranquil atmosphere and the weather, although hot, was bearable compared to what it would have been with the sun directly over you. This tour company was a pleasure. AC vehicle picked us up, drove us in a safe manner, and the tour guide met us in Agra. Amman (forgive me if my spelling is wrong) was an amazing tour guide and he also got us top notch photos. The restaurant we stopped for at breakfast was also the bomb dot com! 10/10!

This is the best option if you want to avoid insanely huge crowds. Tour start very early, so I was a little bit tired at the beginning, but man, that was 100% worth it. Our guide was very informative and took care of everything. Taj Mahal is truly amazing, but Tomb of Itimad is my hidden gem.

The Driver picked us up at the hotel on time and provided loads of water. We made a stop for drinking indian tea. The Taj Mahal Tour was great, our tourguide knew a lot and took great pictures. Unluckily it was already crowded despite the early time… Then our guide asked what we wanted to see next and we visited the Agra Fort (from Outsider, because it’s closed for public) and the Baby Taj. Then we were taken to a marble artist who showed us his craft. He wanted us to buy sonething but you don‘t have to. Driving back was safe. We had a great day in Agra!

This was an incredible experience. The Taj Mahal and Fort Agra were so worth checking out, but it really was even better because of the great guide - Arham! His knowledge and stories were informational and entertaining. And his ability navigate the experience so smoothly was impressive. I feel lucky to have had Arham leading me through this experience.
