Michael war ein toller Reiseleiter! Er teilte sein Wissen und sein Fachwissen auf eine Art und Weise, die Spaß machte und uns ein bisschen erschreckte! Es war genau das, was wir wollten!

Die Tour hat mir von Anfang an gefallen. Herrin G war lustig und informativ. Sie hat die Tour auf das zugeschnitten, was jeden interessierte, und sie hatte alle Informationen, die wir suchten. Sie gab uns Vorschläge für weitere Ausflugsziele oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your tour with Michael Bill. He does bring in great reviews from other guests. I will work with him more on slowing down his speaking. He does, however, have a thick southern accent with a heavy drawl. Our guides are not mind readers, so if you are having a difficult time hearing or understanding your guide don't be afraid to speak up. Unser Führer war offensichtlich nicht nüchtern und wahrscheinlich von mehreren Substanzen. Von der Sekunde an, als er anfing, waren seine Worte undeutlich und schwer zu verstehen. Er ging von uns weg und sprach mit uns, was wir größtenteils nicht verstehen konnten, was er sagte. Er war extrem wertend gegenüber anderen Menschen. Wenn ich uns null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Wir sind mittendrin abgereist. Es war eine Verschwendung unserer Zeit. Ich war sehr traurig, weil ich die Geschichte wirklich besser lernen wollte. Ich glaube, er war sachkundig, aber ein schlechter Führer. Gib dein Geld erst aus, wenn du weißt, welche Note du haben wirst.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your time with Michael Bill. I can assure you that he was sober. Here in New Orleans there are many different types of accents. Usually when guides are talking while walking they are just offering little side pieces of information and not a story. I will discuss with him however about how that is challenging for others in the back. You are welcome to join me on my tour this evening if you want to give us a second chance, but I don't take kindly to people that try to ruin my company with 1 star reviews and we don't kiss @ss at this company, nor cater to toxic tourists. Here at Wicked History Tours we often make a lot of jokes and jest with people, so that is not being judgemental. We do mention in all of our advertising that this tour is NOT for those EASILY OFFENDED. At no point did you reach out to express your frustrations. Instead, you are throwing a tantrum and trying to destroy a small business. I also clearly state that NO KARENS are allowed on this tour. So maybe check your attitude and energy. We do not offer refunds. Michael Bill is a very knowledgeable and talented guide with a lot to offer. You missed out on a lot by leaving early. Each guide has their own talents, quirks, and accents. So if you don't appreciate a Cajun accent, maybe don't be a tourist in the swamp regions of Louisiana.

Wir konnten unsere Tour nicht wirklich machen, weil sie am geplanten Tag abgesagt wurde, ohne dass erklärt wurde, warum sie abgesagt wurde. Ich rief am nächsten Tag an und erkundigte mich nach einer Rückerstattung, und die Dame am Telefon war freundlich und versicherte mir, dass ich sie in ungefähr einer Woche erhalten sollte. Aber insgesamt war es sehr frustrierend, Ihren Urlaub wochenlang im Voraus zu planen, nur um ihn am Tag von ohne Angabe von Gründen absagen zu lassen.

I did send out email via the app with an explanation that I was sick. For some reason I received an automated message response that it was not deliverable. I understand that this can be a frustrating experience, but sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances. I don't think that destroying a company's reputation because the guide is sick is worthy of your review. We also clearly state on our advertisement that "No Karen types" allowed. You seem to fit that bill.

If you left early then you obviously wouldn't see much, and I doubt you speak for the entire party of 10 considering other 5 star reviews consistently come in. I don't know what you were expecting to "see" but ALL of the ghost tour experiences are on the streets telling stories in front of buildings. I am one of the few that show photos of ghosts, but I guess you were too busy being a Karen to notice that, or as you said you just left.

The guide was fun, entertaining and knowledgeable. She had so many great stories to share. It truly felt like we got a well rounded history of the supernatural side of New Orleans. The walking was not challenging at all as long as you have comfortable shoes.

Imagine if you can an open-air one-man show where myths get debunked and the record is set straight, the spooky and strange becomes a familiar friend, and it's all peppered with sass and class. If you can, then lace up your favorite asphalt-pounders and pour yourself a refreshing beverage of your choice because this walking tour of the French Quarter's famous, infamous, nefarious, and unheard-of is for you. Many tours try to cram as much information as they can into a rushed string of sightseeing- not this one. Here every step taken is part of the storytelling, every stop made underscores the story, and every tale is true. Voodoo, slavery, witchcraft, power, ghosts, destitution, vampires, modernity, and history all told by Michael Bill as no one else can. I'd give six stars if they'd let me because this is the stroll through New Orleans that you will enjoy most and remember best of your trip.

Madam G was a fantastic guide. Her historical knowledge was thorough as well as entertaining. She asked our small group what we wanted to hear about or learn and she tailored her tour to our desires. Altho we didn’t see ghosts she pointed out where other tours have captured ghosts on camera and said to look closely at our photos once given a chance. I’d highly recommend Madam G’s tour!! She’s very fun.

We operate rain or shine. I gave everyone on tour multiple opportunities to reschedule and not be forced to go in heavy rain. Multiple opportunities. Everyone stayed and other guests gave it a 5 star from that same tour. It is not the responsibility of any company if you step in a hole on your own personal time off of the tour. You, Deanna are a whiny Karen and should have just stayed your miserable @ss home. We have a NO KARENS ALLOWED policy. Again, no one forced you to attend the tour in the rain. Glad you thought that I was funny though. So 3 stars because I couldn't control the weather... Please never come back.
