I apologize for our delayed response to your review. We are disappointed to hear that you & Sherry weren’t pleased with your experience. Our team, including our Chief Flight Instructor, attempted to create a same day resolution due to the maintenance required on the aircraft you were originally assigned to. We offered you the opportunity to swap to a different plane so that you would still get to complete the flight that day. We offered additional flight time free of charge & to refund your observer fee instead of rescheduling to another day or time, which you accepted in the moment. The flight you booked through Viator was our Aviator Discovery Flight. This standard experience includes of 30 minutes of dual instruction and 20 minutes of ground instruction. You received an additional 20 minutes of dual flight instruction, totalling 50 minutes. We also reversed the charge for the observer fee back to the original form of payment, and we have confirmed with our booking software that this was processed. We always strive to offer a safe and memorable experience for all of our guests and student pilots, and we are disappointed that we weren’t able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
