Schöne Natur, etwas unpersönliche Führung

So eine Sumpfnatur ist immer wieder schön. Die Tour war jedoch ein wenig unpersönlich, der Führer akustisch kaum zu verstehen. Habe schon bessere Sumpftouren hier in der Umgebung erlebt.

Relaxing float through the waterways. We only saw one gator but given the time of year, it wasn't a surprise. Would recommend this swamp tour business.

Great experience seeing the Bayou. Our captain was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We were on the Cajun Cadillac so a smooth slow ride without the loud noise from an airboat.

I would absolutely not recommend the pontoon tour. The driver did not know how to turn the boat around so half of the tour was him backing up and going forward. He continuously told everyone to stop talking, as if we don’t want to enjoy our time. Also the tour says 1.5 hours online and it was only an hour

Our guide was fabulous! Girl at desk was nasty and had a terrible attitude. I believe when working with the public you need to look good. Act nice and be overall helpful! I am a worker with the public for 38 years and was never that nasty to anyone. No alligators which i believe the tour knew would happen bc of weather but didn’t know that until we took off on the boat . So that was a bit misleading . Our guide was very sweet and answered all questions and gave a lot of info

It was an enjoyable experience but disappointed that we didn’t see any gators. It was also not accessible for us as we are Deaf. Otherwise, it was a relaxing boat ride.

I loved the swamp tour. We got to see so many alligators. A bunch of raccoons and different kinds of birds. Our tour guide was so nice and sweet. I loved his attitude. They also sold frozen alcohol drinks with souvenir cups which made it cool, I’m born and raised in Los Angeles so that cup and drink would have been so insanely expensive at home. The drinks were such amazingly priced.

Very good Tour and our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals and souroundings. He was funny. Tour could be longer though and wish they could also go into the neighbouring lake. I preferred the pontoon over the noisy airboats. We saw 4 🐊 s & some racoons

Alligators and Cows on the same trip?!

It was an amazing experience exploring an area we knew very little about. Our guide was funny, informative and played some really good music in between stops. It was incredible to hear about the impact of hurricane Ida on the region. We saw several alligators... and yes he did feed them marshmallows. He promised it was not harmful to them. Seeing them up close was pretty "wild". The biggest surprise of the trip had to be the cows... who knew?!
