We offer only private, custom tours. We received this booking through Viator on Sept 20th and I responded at 09:18 AM on Sept 21st. We sent our booking confirmation, our scenic Niagara Falls tour brochure, and our scenic Niagara Falls tour overview all outlining options of possible things to do here. I asked Tracy to respond and give me some direction as to what they would enjoy so that I could build a great experience just for her and her husband. On September 24th I followed up, again requesting feedback to build an itinerary. I attempted to call her overseas twice to no avail. Without proper client input, we can’t plan. There are dozens of options available in Niagara. I reached out to Viator and asked them to cancel the booking. On September 25, the day before the tour, Tracy emailed me a photo of her and her husband. I again tried to call and eventually reached her at the airport where they were boarding their flight. She was in a hurry and couldn’t talk. She told me to please set an itinerary as I saw fit. I am sorry now that I tried to pull this together.
We occasionally use professional Step-on Tour Guides. It happens only once or twice a season; it is a standard practice in the seasonal tourism/hospitality industry.
Tourist season is over. There is no traffic, crowds, or lineups. Judging the timing of scenic tours is difficult and I always keep a little time for the unforeseen.
I assume you do not intend to pay for the attractions you authorized me to purchase on your behalf. That is truly disappointing. Thank you.
