Jimmy was very considerate and accomodating. I enjoyed the trip. If I am in the area, I will have no issues having him as the guide. However, a little less talking will be helpful

Tour guide did not want to be there rushed as if you had to run with no time to enjoy and when pay for night left right before the light show. Also, rushed so much at beginning that waited 1.5 hours for the light and all shops were closed you would think being the experts would plan some time for shopping and a snack before 8pm shops closed and had time if guide did a better job, would not recommend. It would have been better to self guide.website states 4:30-10:30pm back at hotel 9:45pm. Wish could have enjoyed lights on the falls

The fact that our tour guide spoke of suicide as his first and most used fact. Very triggering for two people with second hand experience of suicide in their lives. I would recommend he learn more about. I Niagra, and consider who he is riding with. Just uncomfortable the whole time. Also it’s is 150 More expensive for two people than just going to the state park and paying while there. Waste of money, and very uncomfortable. Go to Niagra alone!

False advertising! No evening part at all. Could have done this tour on our own for less than half the price- very little value added by Viator and the misleading description requires a refund we likely won’t see. Very disappointed.

Maid of the mist was wonderful I do feel, i didn't need to pay for a tour, could of done this myself Tour operator was nice even funny but everything was so rushed. We end at horseshoe falls too early and never did see the illumination. Tour operator offer to take us back to the hotels so if we choose we could drive our own cars back. Once again tour operator was nice, but i did have a very hard time understanding through his accent

Great experience!! Jordan the instructor was so nice and funny. I came solo and he took the best pics of me lol!! I parked at the aquarium have the company a call and they arrived within 5mins to shuttle me and others to Niagara. The first thing we did was learn some history from the instructor theme went on a boat ride to see the falls up close and personal. It was a nice wet experience lol. Next we got wet again on the stairs next to the waterfall. I got some of the best pics!! Then we went to the observation tower. It was so high up and beautiful. What an experience. Then we saw a horseshoe area it was so nice. We were shuttled back to our pickup spot and was told how to enter if we wanted to come back for the lights show and fireworks. I actually met some people on the tour who turned into friends. We didn't know each other before arriving but We had dinner together and went back to the light show about 930. It was such a breath taking experience I'm from Texas and I've never seen anything so beautiful. You guys def showed this country girl a great time!!

Gil was fantastic! He was funny, accomodating. My father was having knee problems and he kept figuring out good stopping points and places where my dad could rest. We learned a lot of history and fun facts. Great experience!
