Our guide Dana was so knowledgeable of each site we went to and made the trip fun and memorable. Dana’s communication was excellent and we are so happy we bought this package and would highly recommend it to anyone. Our favorite part of the trip was Cave of the Winds because we were so close to the falls and the views were so amazing. We also enjoyed the Maid of the Mist and it was something we will never forget. We also enjoyed being in a small group of people during this tour. We were grouped with a very nice family from our same state. This trip was worth every penny and we would definitely do it again.

Poorly run organisation

What could have been a great tour turned into a bad experience, where we weren't able to participate in all the activities we paid for. As we had limited time available in the area, i was reassured on two occasions that the tour lasted only 4 hours so we purchased the tickets. Because of the way the company operates though, the tour guide left to pick up another group, while we were in the cave experience, and then got stuck in traffic leaving us and another couple waiting in the heat without knowing what was going on. We eventually got through to the office who assured us that the guide would be there in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later she finally made it. By this point it was too late to do the main part of the tour - the Maid of the Mist boat ride. Despite being told by the call centre staff that a manager would call me back twice, the company has decided to bury their heads and ignore me. Two emails have also gone unanswered. I would recommend looking elsewhere where you'll hopefully find a better run operation.

Skip the lines! But don’t call this a tour.

Skipping the ticket lines was fantastic. (I overheard one staff member at the Maid of the Mist/Observation Deck say that their ticket line alone was four hours long!) But, calling this a “tour” is not accurate. It was more like having a driver who was able to drive you to the destinations, grab your tickets and reservations for you, and get you past the lines. Our “guide” was rarely with us otherwise.

Excellent service. Thank you very much to Jimmy, our guide, he is very nice and friendly. She kidly chase us our tour day for the next one because due to the weather the boat was not operating this day, with the change we were able to do all the activities of our tour.

This was a very good tour. Our tour guide, Tyler was exceptional. We had left some personal items in the van and he was able to mail them to our home. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. BUT... 1. They were and hour late picking us up (they did contact us to let us know) 2. The van they used had terrible brakes and it was a little scary wondering if they were going to fail all together. 3. One of the attractions was closed but we did get a refund. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Niagara Falls at its Best!

I visited Niagara Falls with my 16 year-old and 11 year-old granddaughters, and we were fortunate to have as our guide, Tyler, who was wonderful. He gave us his undivided attention, answered all of our questions, even those from my inquisitive 11 year-old, and gave us a brief history of the Falls, as well as the city itself. He was such a nice young man, who went out of his way to make sure we had a great visit...and we did!

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to this tour but ended up being disappointed. To start, I was told that the pick-up time would be emailed 1-2 days before the tour. When I hadn't received anything, I emailed asking for the details and received no response. We finally had to call on Friday at 5pm to try to find out and were told the time. Not the end of the world but definitely not the best customer service. The tour started well with a great time at the Cave of the Winds. Unfortunately, when we went to get tickets for the Maid of the Mist, we were told the boats weren't running due to a safety concern. I don't fault the tour for this as it was completely out of their control. However, our guide had to go deal with his other tour so we were essentially abandoned at the observation tower/park for over an hour with little to do and weren't sure when/where we would be picked up. We made the best of it but if we hadn't left items in the tour vehicle, we would have gotten an Uber and left on our own. I understand the efficiency of having one tour guide with multiple tours but there should be a backup plan so clients are taken care of when things don't go according to plan. We were refunded the cost of the tickets for the Maid of the Mist but it still wasted our time. Either way, we were disappointed and wished we would have done things on our own. It definitely wasn't worth the money.
