    Our tour guide, Jimmy, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable and witty. We were able to get up close to all of the viewing and had plenty of time for each activity.

    Each and every stop was truly amazing.It’s difficult to name just one part. Our bus driver “Jordon” was great, we all had fun with his humor. He guided/directed us for each leg of the boat/bus tour. The 4 + hours went by too fast.

    Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Wind were amazing. Had no idea what to expect and it was an experience of a lifetime. Jordan was an amazing tour guide and only enhanced the tour. 10/10!

    Cave of the Winds was exhilarating! Dale is very knowledgeable about the Falls. The main downside is that we weren’t given enough time to grab a bite and get souvenirs. The food lines were very long, so after waiting in line there was no time to shop for souvenirs. When we arrived at the area where the Cave of the Winds is located, instead of Dale giving us 10 minutes then 20 minutes we should had been given one chunk of time to check out the view, visit the restroom, eat, and shop before the movie. It would also help if people on a guided tour were allowed to avoid waiting in line to enter the park, movie, etc since we’re on a tight schedule

    The views from boat and caves were impressive. Having to spend $120 extra round trip to get there was unacceptable. After being told we would be picked up at our hotel. Both us and Dewitt party.

    Dale was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and willing to answer questions. Our pick-up time was slightly delayed and there was extended waiting for other tour members at meetup times (the only reason for 4 not 5 stars).

    We decided to do this tour so save ourselves the hassle of finding everything, parking, waiting in line for tickets, and possibly missing something important They did not disappoint. They were prompt, professional, entertaining, and knowledgeable. It was nice to just relax and go where they took us. They also took care of getting our tickets and got us through in a hurry, so that was nice, as well. Some places we didn't stay very long, but I felt like the time spent everywhere was appropriate. I would highly recommend this tour!

    El lugar es hermoso! Disfrutamos mucho la vista y atracciones. Mi mala experiencia fue con la excursion. Fuimos una familia de 10 personas entre adultos, adolecentes y seniors. Para comenzar separamos la excursion para las 12:30 pm. La compañia me llama de que pasaran al hotel por nosotros a las 11 am porque habia mal tiempo a lo que dijimos que estaba bien. Me preguntaron si tenia una van, les dije que no y quel paquete que habia comprado decia que ellos nos recojerian al hotel. Al otro dia llegaron, todo aparentaba bien, llevaron 2 mini vans y nos recojieron. Llegamos a la primera parada Maid of the Mist. Hicimos una fila de 3 horas (el paquete decia que era 1 hora) junto a las demas personas que no habian pagado el paquete de excursion. Segunda parada 5 minutos para sacarnos fotos en la torre (el paquete decia 15) pasamos a la cueva de los vientos, cuando llegamos el guia nos dijo “vayan y cuando salgan los espero aqui” cuando bajamos, el personal nos indico quel guia se suponia que nos acompañara y para ninguna de las paradas lo hizo. En todo momento iba apurandonos a caminar rapido y mi mama de 65 años dandolo todo para mantenerse al paso porque nos estaban apurando. Nos apiñaron a los 10 en una mini van sin cinturones y el guia iba guiando a alta velocidad haciendo comentarios sobre los demas conductores y hasta palabras soeces. Al salir de la cueva nos llevaron a la estatua de Tesla y luna island y se acabo la excursion. La informacion compartida por el guia fue pobre ya que no podia contestar las pocas preguntas que se le hicieron. Al finalizar, el guia a cargo de mi familia dijo “vamonos que estoy cansado estoy despierto desde las 6 am” y con el mismo apuro que nos llevo durante toda la excursion nos devolvio al hotel apiñados nuevamente en la mini van, comentandole a los demas conductores y guiando irresponsablemente. La ultima parada era el state park y no sucedio. Pague $1100 por darles una buena excursion a mi familia cuando habria resuelto con $470. Al dia siguiente para tener la verdadera excursion pagamos el trolley (solo $3) y lo pasamos muy bien nos dieron informacion detallada, hicieron 3 paradas despues de cada informacion para que recorrieramos el area y sacaramos fotos. El barco y la cueva valen $22 cada uno, por que menciono esto? Porque pague $119 por persona por algo que me costaria $47 sin apuros ni riesgos ya que el guia solo fue el chofer que nos recojio al hotel.
