    Nate the guide was fantastic, tour was amazing. shame the day was spoilt by receiving incorrect text to meet at the wrong place this cost us 2 parking permits and nearly missing the tour. Admin need to ensure information is correct we weren’t the only ones this happened to.

    Walking tour is a waste. I thought I was buying a boat tour. $56 for 2 tickets at the gate. $115 for your tour. Ripoff.

The tour that you purchased includes a one hour walking tour as well as the maid of the mist boat ride, observation deck and a licensed guide to take pictures and provide historical information and stories for you. That is why there is a price difference between this walking tour and purchasing the boat on its own.     The boat we were on gets really close to the falls. The scenery and experience were great. Our walking guide was informative and funny. We could barely hear the guide on the boat.

    I received a call to confirm my appointment. I told the female that my reservation was for 10/29 and not 10/22. She said she would change it; but she didn’t. Hence I just lost over $160 AND had to schedule through another website for next week.

    I booked with Viator through Adventure tour. The price with Viator is quite high as they have tie up with Adventure tour compared to if you book directly the Maid of the Mist boat ride at the counter. We had Rob as our guide of adventure tour who was very cooperative and provided great information.

    We were unable to go since the directions to meet at the Hard Rock were so in clear and then we were sent to the waterfall to catch the boat. When called by the tour guide we were unable to get back to the shard rock. It would be nice if you stated where at the HardRock to meet. Ask 10 different police and employees and that is how we ended up down at the waterfall.

    Walking tour was great! Helps to have a guide to learn the history of the falls. Love the US side of Niagara Falls and boat ride best way to see all of the falls without going into Canada.
