The whole process went smoothly. Our tour guide Paul was great! Answered all our questions. We loved the boat ride and definitely loved Cave of the Winds.

Maid of the mist and Cave of the winds were amazing but I do not recommend buying this package because you wait I line just as long as everyone else and since you go as a group you have to wait for others which drags out the time. The tour guides Jacob and Mason were great but again, listening to the history and guided language added so much time for information I had already read up before and it was not worth it. I would therefore not recommend.

The tour was amazing and our tour guide Kenny (I think) was great and very accommodating. The tour seemed almost spiritual as you ascend the steps to the Cave of the Winds. And definitely the ride on the Maid of the Mist was very smooth and informative.

Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The Maid of the Mist is better than before with the electric power. The cave of winds was exciting. Wow! Jacob added great detail and . It was a good day. We would do it again. This was the first time we saw the falls from the American side..it is much better! Go America!

Maid of the Mist was exceptional. Cave of the Wind was def NOT. There’s no longer a cave. It has eroded away. So your money is spent on standing on platforms beside the Falls. You’d be better to buy your own tickets to the Maid of the Mist and the trolley and skip the Cave tour. If that had been disclosed in the beginning, we would have chosen diff.
