Amazing Day at Niagara Falls!

Amazing day!! Brett was an great tour guide and was able to answer all our questions! He was very good at explaining what we were going to do, how to get there and what we were seeing or experiencing! No surprises!! The Maid of the Mist is a must do!! And the side trip on the observation tower, rapids and climb up the American Falls was a bonus! Thank You!

Tour guide "Dave" was amazing. The views were awesome. Rainbows included. I have a photo of double Rainbows enclosed. Everyone and everything was just as I imagined. Thanks to everyone.

Terrible Experience we were so upset why we bought way more expensive and useless tickets online and most frustrating thing is you can’t change or cancel the booking so I will suggest everyone always buy tickets on the spot and over there at ticket counter they told me so many people have issues with it.

Archer a guide was really good. He was patient with people that were slower and was able to tell us so much about Niagara Falls.
However, we found it confusing as to where to buy tickets. We went to the Niagara Falls information booth and the only tickets they had was for their one tour. We went online and got her tickets, but it was unclear exactly how many places were going to be going. my husband and I had to leave the tour midway through not knowing there was more that we could have explored. We were told we could buy extra tickets and continue. However, we thought the money that we already spent included the rest of the tour.

It was a beautiful day for the maid of the mist. The rainbow 🌈 was breathtaking. Our guides were great. Even my 22 yr. old sons enjoyed.
