Eine Tour, die Sie mit viel weniger Geld selbst machen können!

Wir hatten die private Tour, die fast 400 Dollar für zwei kostete ... Sie holten uns am späten Morgen ab, was wir nicht schätzten ... Unser Führer war wirklich nett, aber wir dachten nicht, dass er einen echten Mehrwert brachte und nicht sehr geschichtskundig, wir haben auch den Besitzer der Reisegesellschaft getroffen und er war irgendwie nervig ... Wir hatten nie die Gelegenheit, einige Dinge zu tun, die auf der Tour hervorgehoben wurden, wie den Whirlpool Jet Park. Die Magd des Nebels und die Höhle der Winde waren wirklich cool, aber dann brauchst du keinen Führer, wir hätten einfach unsere Tickets gekauft und sie erlebt, wie es alle anderen taten!

The Cave experience was Awesome and by far our most favorite. We were a group of 6 and our tour guide DJ was excellent. I wish we had access to FAST PASS LANES Since we were a group on a tight schedule.

The waiting process and walking was a lot and I could not appreciate it. The delay in everything we did was awful. The food lines were over crowded and unorganized. There should be more structure for your guest.

From the time my granddaughter and I were picked up to the time we were dropped off, we had an exciting and happy time. Most of that was down to the efficiency, the good nature, and the patience of our tour operator. Pleased to be part of the "Jimmy family" for five hours! The stops in the tour were fantastic. Loved Cave of the Winds and the Maid of the Mist. Our tour guide was the issue. She was awful. She was rude to some of the guests and referred to a family on the tour by their ethnicity. It stated very clearly in the tour description that food was not included. She decided that people needed a food break, then took us across town to a bakery that was nice but not as scheduled tour stop. She then cut in front of us to get her free food. Obviously it was her that needed to eat. This stop made our tour run over the time stated and we missed a dinner reservation we had planned.

Based on all the positive reviews I think we may have just gotten a bad tour guide…she was almost an hour late and super rude all day! She basically just drove the bus and didn’t say much at all. It was like she was in a bad mood or something. Then at the end she said “I’ll collect my 20% gratuity now” and held out her hand walking down the bus staring us all in the eye😱 I’m sad because from the other reviews it looks like the other guides were nice, informative and funny. We didn’t do half the things on the list and when I asked about them, she said she can’t park at three sisters island, but didn’t explain why we couldn’t go to the others. We could have done everything on our own for way cheaper and just taken the trolly. ($25 for Maid of Mist, $17 for Cave of the Winds, and $20 for trolly pass) Everything else was free. Basically, we paid an extra $100 to be yelled at and drove around by bus instead of taking the trolly. Although the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds were awesome, booking them through this tour was not worth it in my opinion. I hope she feels better and isn’t always like this towards people!

We enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat ride and cave of the winds. Had wonderful guide, Uncle Moe. He was very knowledgeable and cared for us as if we were his own family.

Wear shorts and get your souvenirs on your own time.

If you’re part of Jordan’s family Be sure to get your souvenirs somewhere else. We ended at Maid of the Mist and were rushed out being told we would be able to get them later…yes later on your own time. That’s how the promise of ending early happens. Would have liked more time a few places since getting up all those stairs at the Cave is a bit and felt rushed often but got the job done. Wear shorts or your pants will be very wet.
