Not worth what you pay. Book and do yourself or do different tour.

We drove to our meeting point which we thought was going to be a pickup at our hotel as it was on the US side and we were staying in Canada. As we were early we checked tickets for Maid of Mist snd Cave of Winds. It would have cost us about $100 CDN for both of us. Our guide did prepay our tickets but only walked us to each event and met us after each. We did had a short ride in the limo to the other side of goat island for a short walk an a couple pictures on our own phones. Ray was nice, a good singer but only told us what we has already Googled. We paid $316 CDN for what we could have easily done ourselves with minimal effort. Definitely not worth the price plus the 30% tip Ray expected!
Surprise Private Limo Tour

It was perfect for our group of 7 including 4 teenagers. It was a surprise limo which held only our 7 making it a private tour. Our driver DJ Ray was great.

Terrible ! We were looted by the guide

Our tour experience was terrible. The guide who picked us up did not get us tickets for the second activity for the day "cave of winds". He asked us to get the tickets on our own ( gave us his credit card) stating health issues and after that never showed up. His number was not reachable and we were stranded. We had left two of our bags in his car when we went for the activity. After contacting the tour operators, we were asked to go to his house and collect our luggages that we had left in his car. When we reached back to our hotel, we realized that our gaming console was missing from our bag and clothes from both our bags were swapped. We were looted. Overall, the experience was terrible !

The Perfect Niagara Falls Tour (without crowds)

Even though there was a delay in picking us up on time, David (the owner) and Ray (our singing tour guide) made the tour for us. Ray picked us up at our hotel in a gigantic stretch limo that we had to ourselves. We just returned from our trip and went during the off-peak season for Niagara Falls. We had minimal crowds at Niagara Falls State Park as well as at the NYPA Power Vista. Ray took us around various stops at the Falls, we went to lunch in Lewiston and to NYPA Power Station. On the way back, we went back to the Falls and saw Horseshoe Falls in a better spot as well as Goat Island and Three Sisters Islands. It was an incredible time and Ray gave us all of these amazing inside tips as well as information about the area. I highly recommend this tour as it is worth the money! I would hire them again when we go back :) Ray and David thank you again for everything and for making our weekend memorable!

While we were unable to actually go on the trip due to flight issues and not arriving in time, David was very helpful in providing us with the details we needed to still ensure that we were able to take in all the best things of Niagara Falls. The Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds are absolute must dos when you visit! The customer service was above and beyond.

The driver/ guide was excellent. The contents of the tour can be completed on foot without a guide. We were sold a tour with a trip on the maid of the mist boat experience. This did not happen as this part of the tour does not start till late May.?I believe this tour was miss sold, I would expect the company to refund me for this part of the tour. Would I recommend this tour, not until they can confirm that the maid of the mist trip is going to happen.

The boat ride is seasonal and is governed by the US Coast Guard! Its season varies from year to year, depending on weather Conditions! This year the Boat started on 4/29. Guide George Small Group Tour

It was a rainy, cold, windy day . My husband was sick and couldn’t go. My Guide George picked me up at our hotel. I was surprised I was the only tourist and he wanted to continue the tour. You couldn’t have a guide with more knowledge and patience. He explained so much about the history of Niagra and was willing and able to answer my continued questions. I highly recommend the small group tour and guide George.
Did not meet expectations

We booked a private tour for a group of 7. We were very disappointed as the tour itinerary did not match the expectation described. First, the Mist Boat tour was closed for the Spring season and we were not informed. We contacted the company to cancel. David offered to refund the cost of the boat tour so, I agreed. Day of tour, driver arrived 30 minutes late and the bus had a urine odor. Although, we booked a private tour, another small group was picked up. When I called David again, he said the reduced price was not a private tour which he had not explained. Lastly, the Cave of Winds tour was partially closed for the season. The driver was nice and knew a lot of history. Even so, I would not recommend.

Seeing the Falls was amazing, and riding on the boat was fun. Getting wet from all the mist was an experience we will never forget.
