Das Buffet war sehr gut . Durch die VIP Tickets durften wir vor der großen Masse uns bedienen. Alles war lecker angerichtet und wirklich schmackhaft. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Leider war die Erfahrung als Luau nicht so wie man einen traditionellen Luau erwartet. Während des Essens tanzten 2 Tänzer für kurze Zeit. Nach einer Stunde wechselten wir den Ort und gingen in das daneben liegende Theater. Die Rock a Hula Show ist nett aber keine große Klasse. Am Schrecklichsten war der Michael Jackson Imitateur. Einfach kaum zu ertragen. Die anderen Sänger, Musiker und Tänzer haben teilweise sehr gute Performance abgeliefert. Insgesamt haben wir Spaß gehabt aber für 320 Euro doch deutlich überteuert.

Luau Experience

It could’ve been better. There was a lag time of 30 minutes where we were just sitting there with watered-down Mai Tai’s (could barely taste the alcohol) wondering when the luau was going to begin. Time was crunched up we only had time for one round of the buffet. Dessert time was awful because by the time we sat down after waiting in a long line to get dessert, we weren’t it given about less than 10 minutes to eat our dessert. Basically we had to rush through the dessert and when they called in to go in for the show, we only consumed about 20% of our dessert. I would’ve wanted to enjoy and my dessert and not feel so rushed. We were literally rushed through the dessert just because they had a 30 minute late start.

We did the VIP experience. With the experience you got a free Lias, priority seating in the theater for the show and dining. Could you still enjoy the experience without the VIP experience yes. But it felt nice to not have to show up super early to an event to secure spots. Removed a lot of unnecessary stress. I am from Louisiana so the food was not to my taste of flavor but they did over a large variety and really got to experience the Hawaiian culture which is all that it is about. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. The show was amazing. I was convinced that Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. Only downfall to the show was not being able to meet all the performers.

Food was Terrible, taste like Sink water; Not worth the Price paid. Show was OK. We did not even bother to get desserts. Did not finish the Luau buffet show at all. Disappointing. Pineapple on table was dry.

Amazing!!! Literally enjoyed every second! The food and entertainment was awesome during our buffet, and the actual show was more awesome than we could have imagined. The dancers were fantastic and you could tell they try loved their jobs! And all the singers--Melania, Elvis, Michael Jackson were fantastic. Best of all you get such a feel for Hawaiian culture. Would definitely recommend!!

The food was very good and the hula dancers were great. Our server was very good, too, but was also a dancer so didn't have time to get our free drinks. He got them for us on our way into the theatre, but we had to ask. The show was entertaining. The dancers and musicians were fabulous and the Elvis impersonator was impressive. The Michael Jackson impersonator was a disappointment. Overall, it was a good evening and worth the investment.

As first time visitors to Hawaii, we had certain expectations for a luau. Definitely did not expect to be eating on the 4th floor of a shopping center with the dance portion being done inside a theater. Hard to get in the luau mood when you are looking at city buildings and hearing traffic. The food was mediocre at best. The show was good, the Elvis impersonator being a highlight. However, the sound mix made it difficult to hear the vocals. And the Michael Jackson impersonator, while an excellent dancer, was lip-syncing and heavily made up. We would have liked more traditional Hawaiian dancing (especially fire dancing).

This was a really fun experience. My wife and I loved the food and the staff was very friendly and made it a very enjoyable night. The good variety was very diverse so there is definitely something for everyone food wise. As for the show I think they did a great job with it. They ran through the history of Hawaiian music and the performances were top notch. I would love to take my family. Especially my grandmother who is a huge Elvis fan.

We had a great time. It was an easy walk from our hotel on the strip. There were good food selections, just wish they had been a little warmer. Drinks were OK, bartender or mix, needs some work. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend.

When we got there there was a line formed to check in after they gave us our sticker there was a disorganization on where to go and where to sit. I was going to give a very bad review for the disorganization. After we got into the theater the disorder was left behind with the show.

This was an excellent show and buffet. Staff were friendly and very efficient at getting everyone settled. The preshow entertainment was fun with some guests doing the hula. The Rock a Hula show was beautiful and lots of our favorites performed by great entertainers. It's a must see while in Waikiki.
