Dies war unser 1. Luau und wir haben uns sehr amüsiert. Das Essen war köstlich, die interaktiven Aktivitäten machten den Kindern Spaß und der Gastgeber hatte Sinn für Humor. Die Kinder waren von der Unterhaltung begeistert. Das einzige, was es besser gemacht hätte, war, wenn das Essen direkt auf dem Tisch statt in Buffetform serviert wurde.

Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Es ist eine sehr lustige Erfahrung und mein Dreijähriger beschäftigt sich mit jedem Detail. Ich empfehle es zu Recht, besonders wenn Sie mit Ihren Kindern reisen, sie tun alles, damit Sie sich wohl fühlen und eine gute Zeit haben. Das Essen war auch super.

Die Unterhaltung war unglaublich! Die Darsteller behandelten uns wie eine Familie.

Mein Mann und ich waren schon bei mehreren Luau an anderen Orten und To a Luau war bei weitem das Beste, in dem wir je waren. Wir können es kaum erwarten, im November wiederzukommen und die Familie dorthin zu bringen, weil es so hochwertig war. Dies war bei den Teilnehmern geringer, was die Atmosphäre einer intimeren ""familiären"" Umgebung vermittelt. Die Unterhaltung war von höchster Qualität. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir haben für die bezahlt VIP-Sitzplätze und es hat sich gelohnt. Obwohl wir von Waikiki über die Insel fahren mussten, war es die Fahrt wert und wir reden immer noch darüber, wie toll das Luau war.

Dieses Luau war definitiv eine Reise an die Nordküste wert. Wenn Sie ein echtes Luau-Gefühl haben möchten, ist dies das Richtige für Sie. Sie halten es auf einer intimen Gästeliste von 200, was für Luaus klein ist. Ich würde definitiv vorschlagen, mindestens Gold als Silberstufe zu bekommen, wenn Sie in der hinteren Reihe der Tische stehen, und es ist nicht die beste, um Fotos zu machen oder sogar über die Köpfe der Leute zu sehen. Mit dem Platin-Status können Sie Tische in der Nähe der Bühne abstellen, dies ist jedoch nicht erforderlich. Die Goldstufe ist ein paar Reihen zurück, aber erhöht, sodass Sie sogar argumentieren können, dass Sie eine bessere Sicht haben.

We have been to three other luaus and to be honest, I didn't feel the need to go to a fourth, but my daughter was looking forward to going to one. After searching various other companies and locations I chose Toa Luau at Wainea Valley. While the setting wasn't exactly what I was looking for (ocean view), the Luau was the best one I have been to. The staff that greeted you, seated you, served you was the same staff that lead the cultural activities and performed. They were phenomenal. This wasn't a big corporate production but rather a family owned operation, supporting local businesses is important. The food was outstanding! It was an all around great experience!

By far the best Luau I’ve been to. Very educational of the Hawaiian history, and lots of fun with hands on interactions. Staff were very attentive, and the food was Awesome! Highly recommended!!!

Wow! Our first experience in Hawaii was even more than we could've hoped for! Wholesome, educating, & absolutely entertaining! Faith, family, & love of culture, new & old, this lu' au brought back nostalgic feelings of a time when family values & Patriotism were strong, while fascinating with daring demonstrations of coconut tree climbing and fire knife dancing as done in the 'days of old.' The breadth of learning about All of Polynesia, not just Hawaii was truly amazing and inspiring. And, even our family's pickiest eater genuinely enjoyed the food, which was served with Aloha from the very folks who greeted us, and then also put on a most wonderful show for us. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful family and culture, and making the Richardson Family feel like its newest members! Aloha!

You really have to try this! It was a great, immersive experience. There were demonstrations where volunteers could learn to husk and open coconuts that they get to try after, there was a headband weaved out of leaves and other cool stuff like that. Then they showed and explained the imu and coming outside. Just know that this food is not the one served due to sanitation laws. The food they did give us was cooked in their indoor kitchen and was really good. Some people at our table asked for seconds! The dancing and singing were awesome, the Mc was hilarious and very informative. The fire dancing was a beautiful crescendo to the evening. The venue is not too big so there probably isn't a bad seat in the house. Worth a visit for sure.

Faith. Family. Fun!! These are the three words that I feel best explain the experience at Tao Luau. I went into this Luau not knowing what to expect and left feeling like my Hawaiian vacation was complete. The amount of energy that met us when we walked in the door continued throughout the night. The friendliness and genuine kindness that was felt throughout the night was unmatched. This wasn’t just great customer service from the people it felt as though they welcomed us into their family. Everything from the food to the dances were top notch. We had ages ranging from 10-69 and each person had a wonderful time!

The Toa Luau was amazing. We had never been to a luau before and I can't imagine anything better than this. Every one was so friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate us when needed and it was appreciated. The food served was delicious and the show was great. We enjoyed every part if it. The waterfall hike at the end of our luau was the icing of the day. It was beautiful. The hike in nature was great and once at the waterfall was amazing. We would definitely be coming here again when we come back. Thank you to everyone at the luau who helped us and were so kind.

The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I highly recommend. Before the show began, they had different stations set up for guests to do/see different local activities. The food was great. We also had two with food allergies that they accommodated. They'd bring out as much as you could eat. The different dances and entertainment was wonderful. The way everything was set up made it easy for everyone to see. I can't say enough about this luau. Highly, highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a fancy, Las Vegas-type luau this is not for you. But if you want fun entertainment, home style food and great people, Toa Luau is not to be missed. We had the best evening in this gorgeous setting. Arrive early and hike to the Waimea Falls thru the botanical garden. Note it is a decent uphill walk so you can pay extra to take a shuttle.
