It’s not a “greeting” if I have to go search for the leis. We rushed all over the airport with our luggagetrying to find your greeter after being on an airplane fior 9 hours, then had to go back to meet our ride. They were delivered to the front desk. This did not feel special at all111

Surprising my loved one. As we were walking to the baggage claim area she noticed some people with wearing the lei and really liked that. As soon as she saw we were getting them was really happy. She loves flowers.

Disappointed Hawaiian Lei Greeting

I was a little disappointed with our Lei greeting upon arrival in Hawaii. I called a couple of days prior to arrival to confirm the reservation. Spoke to a couple of people and no one seemed to be able to confirm our reservation. Finally, someone was able to find our names and reservation. I asked how I would find the company at the airport and was told “they will find us”. I wasn’t convinced! Called again the next day and was told someone would be holding up a sign with our names. When we arrived in baggage claim, we saw a few people with Lei greetings holding signs. I approached them and inquired about ours; however, they were all the wrong companies. We found our luggage and still no one was holding up a sign with our names or were looking for us. Finally, as we were about to leave baggage claim area, I noticed a woman with a cart with leis calling out a name that did not sound like ours. I approached her and asked if she had us on her list. She did and gave us each a beautiful flower lei! However, the experience definitely wasn’t presented! Instead of placing them over our heads as a welcome, she just handed them to us. I guess I was expecting more! The other companies who were holding signs were placing the flowers around guests necks and greeting them with a smile and welcome!!!!!! If ever in Hawaii again, I would definitely use another company. The lei was very fresh and beautiful!!!!

Wasn't met as specified and I was on the lookout for the greeter. I had to call the office to locate the greeter after getting all our checked bags and, when we finally linked up, the Lei was placed over her head without a word and the greeter left without a word of greeting..very disappointed as this was meant as a surprise.

If you want to make sure they are in fact at your baggage claim. I suggest you call from your plane. We got to baggage claim and nobody was there. I called and had to wait for the lady to show which added to more waiting at rental car pick up behind everyone else on our flight. There were others on our plane who used the service as well, so not sure if they do "watch flights" as said in description.
