Many than for sharing with us this review and we are so sorry to hear that our services didn't meet you expectations.However I believe that you wrote this poor review after having threatened to do so to try and get us to give you a full refund when you decided that we were further than you thought.We also have a constant programme of refurbishment and so your comments about that are also very disappointing but I do accept that taste is a very subjective issue and can only suggest that the vast majority of our guests appreciate our efforts in that respect, as can be seen by the vast majority of reviews on this site.
