Dear Minal, we always clearly specify in the website when the entrance tickets or tasting fees are included or not, in our tour descriptions. In your case, we are convinced that you simply booked the tour without reading in detail what this tour included or not, hence the tension when you took the first tasting tour and found out that you had to pay ! All you had to do was to read before booking the tour (...) Then you would have found out that the tastings are never included and we would have avoided this embarrassing situation. As for the tour guide that you had, I have a hard time believing that he was 'abrupt and rude' and 'rudely talked to you' since you had Frederic who is a gentleman. He is truly one of the nicest & most educated tour guides working with us for the last 12 years; he received more than 300 five-star reviews from previous clients, we never received one complaint, at the contrary, our clients always love him! Unfortunately, Frederic called me on that day at 8:00pm to let me know about the situation. Otherwise I would have talked to you immediately and I would also have sent you the screenshot of the tour details in the website by WhatsApp. We really feel that this review is soooo unfair. Actually, I notified Viator about it but they did not want to remove it since you complained about the tour guide as well. By the way, we never receive any commission from the wine houses, this is another false statement ! Sometimes, we wish we could write reviews too about some clients who really want us to pay for their mistakes...
