Not Apologetic

We were not able to connect with the driver assigned to us. Our flight to Paris was delayed twice. We texted and called the driver via WhatsApp and cell phone but could not get an answer. Also emailed through Viator. As a result, driver was not there when we arrived. When I reported this to the company and asked for a refund, I received a not-so-nice message blaming me for lack of communication. I screen shot pics of my messages and phone calls and sent to them to show that I indeed tried to reach the driver. Never received a response. Although I received a refund, the fact that they first blamed me instead of apologizing reflects the integrity of this company.

Dear customer, You changed your flight and didn’t tell us the time and the new tracking flight, then you arrived at the airport and immediately asked where our driver was. The driver will not wait at the airport without any information. According to the rules, changes are not accepted in the last hours and these rules are written on your ticket. But we acted very wisely and kindly, we returned your money, but we might not have returned it, but simply refused you, since no changes are accepted in the last hours.

Poor communication

Very poor communication with the driver. Could not find him. Once we did, we were quite a distance. He walks so fast, and I had to coordinate an elderly person and a young child, and could barely keep up with him. He was not waiting for me as was What was expected. Not worth the money. Would hail a cabin next time.

Do your research and find an airport transfer company on the internet yourself

Thé flight was delayed by 50 minutes four hours prior to its departure time. This should have given the delegates company plenty of time to make alternate arrangements. We landed 20 minutes early, picked up our bags and walked out tired and hoping to see our driver. No one was there. I called the company and there was a message that said « due to high volume of calls we cannot take any calls so send an email » and then the call was finished. I tried the French and US support line and it was the same experience. I wrote multiple emails to the tour operator and finally the driver called. By this point the plane had landed forty minutes prior. I asked him not to pro and come I side and we would come outside. Upon meeting us (three generations of very tired travellers) instead of apologizing, he started accusing me of the plane being late, then early, then getting the bags too quickly, etc. I am Parisian so switched to French and pushed right back. The biggest complaint is that the company does not connect you to a live person and then the driver’s attitude. The company did send a followup email saying that given my plane was late they needed to find another driver and my driver has to come from Paris to the airport. Given all this information was available four hours before the flight and it’s common knowledge that air travel these days runs late, I was not convinced.

You landed at 20:46 and the new driver picked you up at 21:30.
