    Schneller unkomplizierter Zugang, mit nur 10 Min Wartezeit incl. Kontrollen. Zugang direkt unter der Pyramide.
    Gut, kleine Systemschwächen, ansonsten wäre es sehr Gut.

    Ohne App funktioniert es nicht wirklich. Das sollte auch so kommuniziert werden. Der Downloadlink ist fummelig zu finden (unübersichtlich) und kann schon mal nicht funktionieren. Darum 24 h vorher prüfen und mit Dienstleister kommunizieren, dann funktioniert es, da zu Geschäftszeiten mit Sicherheit geholfen wird. Bei mir in weniger als 10 min, indem ich die Tickets an die Mail-Adresse hab schicken lassen. Bei den Tickets, war alles gut. Null Probleme. 🙂

    Dies war kein Ticket ohne Anstehen. Wir mussten eine Stunde lang in der Schlange warten, um ins Museum zu gelangen. Werde das nächste Mal besser recherchieren.

    Makellos. Ich kann Viator nur wärmstens empfehlen, um Tickets für den Louvre zu bekommen. Ein toller Besuch. Nur ein kurzes q zur Sicherheit und dann hatten wir das Museum zu genießen.

    Being able to purchase our tickets in advance made check in so much easier and more efficient upon arrival. It took us a bit to find which line we should get into, but it moved very quickly once we figured out which line it was. It would have been a much longer wait otherwise.

    The Viator ticket did not work. We stood in three lines and they would not accept it. This was very disappointing since we were looking forward to a skip the line experience. They said to never trust Viator again.

    Walked to location in cold rain. Arrived a bit before scheduled time. To “skip line”. Read all the info on where to go but the “no line”line was long and I could not stay to wait.

    The tickets are not really priority admission they are simply tickets for a particular time slot. Booking directly with the Louve could have been the same.

    Never got the chance to enter. Apparently, we never received our tickets and the Ticket Counter stated that they don't deal with 3rd parties. It was a complete waste of time and money. Also, it's cheaper to just purchase the tickets directly from the Louvre for only fifteen pounds. When you try to contact Viator, a human being never comes to the phone. I wish I could get a refund.

    As advertised, these tickets got us in the timed ticket entry line. We arrived early to the line and were admitted within 5 minutes of our scheduled time.

    I don't see what a point of all this was. I was standing in the line for my time slot with the rest of the people that got regular time slot tickets on official website. No priority. 2 lines to entry the Louvre - with time slot tickets or no tickets at all, that's it.

    The seller buys tickets direct from the museum and resells them at a 85% mark up. These tickets do not provide priority access, which the seller admits does not exist. I am actually surprised the seller is allowed to describe the resold tickets in this way by Viator/TripAdvisor. I strongly advise trying the museum's own selling system instead of buying admission tickets through this seller. The Louvre was absolutely amazing and totally overwhelming. We used the underground entrance and only had to queue for around 5 minutes due to small queues, NOT "priority" tickets. In conclusion, the Louvre is wonderful, these priority tickets... Not so much

    The Louvre is just too large for one day to take it all in. Focus on some basic research about the different exhibits and plan you visit. There are the standard must sees like the Mona Lisa, but there are so many pieces of great art that you need to have some sense of what you want to be exposed too. Wear comfortable shoes.

    No one was ready to give support to ensure priority entry. Inconsistent advice from the staff. I showed up at the Pyramid 15 minutes before the specified time, asked the staff where to line up for the priority entrance, told to go to the rear of a huge queue, which took me more than 40 minutes to come back to the gate while no one ever gave any support to ensure max 20 minutes waiting time, on the contrary, told I showed up late so I need to line up for yet another queue. I claimed that l came early enough but the staff who gave me the initial instruction was not there anymore and my claim was never accepted. I had no choice but to go to a different gate and wait again. It was raining and I was soaking wet.
