Das Gold-Ticket lohnt sich. Die Abholung mit dem Transport war etwas 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt, aber sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Rundum eine tolle Zeit

Show- und Disco-Mix ist großartig. Sehr gut angelegt. Die Getränke waren auf den Punkt gebracht und das Erlebnis insgesamt war unglaublich. Wenn Sie herausfinden möchten, ob Sie gehen möchten oder nicht, tun Sie es einfach! Ich würde sagen, der einzige Nachteil sind die unbequemen Stühle, aber Sie werden trotzdem auf den Beinen tanzen!

Die Nacht war ausgezeichnet. So viel Spaß! Die Klimaanlage war wirklich gut und schaffte es, in einer so geschäftigen Atmosphäre kühl zu bleiben. Auch die App ist einfach zu bedienen.

We responded that the 8th was sold out but we offered to move you to the 9th, however you did not respond to our repeated attempts to make that change. Unfortunately we cannot make short notice changes when a venue is sold out. We did our best to accommodate your situation.

Coco Bongo ist im Wesentlichen ein vollgepackter Club mit einer Reihe von Darbietungen, darunter Tanz, Akrobatik und Lippensynchronisation zu Liedern oder Filmszenen. Einige Teile waren super cool – besonders die Luftakrobatik. Allerdings war der Ort extrem voll. Nur Gold-/Erste-Reihe-Tickets bekommen überhaupt Sitzplätze (Hocker) – alle anderen stehen 4 Stunden lang. Sogar viele der Goldsitze haben eine sehr eingeschränkte Sicht. Der Service war nett und sehr saubere Badezimmer. Cool anzusehen, aber den Preis nicht wert, es sei denn, Sie sind ein Partytier mit einer guten Gruppe und sehr betrunken.

By the sound of your feedback, it seems you may have mistakingly reviewed our service when attempting to review general admission tickets at Coco Bongo? Our Gold Member ticket holders receive express first access entry, a seat with private waiter service, premium open bar all night and a snack. Views are awesome as long as clients arrive at designated check-in time as outlined in our ticket instructions but when purchasing through us, you can always upgrade to Front Row at checkout as well which guarantees you a front row seat with an unobstructed view. Best seats in the house! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the aerial performances and found the sanitation and cleanliness of the venue to be top notch. Tolle Organisation für den Transport. Fühlte mich auch aufgrund der Taschenkontrolle sehr sicher. Tolle Kellner. Die beste Nacht, die ich verbracht habe, das Trapez / Seil wirkt fantastisch. Ein wahres Spektakel, das immer wieder Nacht gibt. Für jeden etwas dabei, ich bin 55 und habe es geliebt! ! Sollte Coco Bonkers heißen. Gehen!

Feiern Sie meine Töchter 21 Street mit Familie und Freunden. Sie hatte eine tolle Zeit bei Coco Bongo. Gut zeigen. Ich glaube, ich habe mehr erwartet, aber ich weiß nicht, was ich erwartet habe. Sie müssen nur wissen, dass dies kein Überspringen der Warteschlange ist! ! Sehr enttäuscht. VIP ist ok. Es ist einfacher, Getränke und einen Platz zum Sitzen zu bekommen, solange Sie nicht hoch oben in den Sparren sitzen. Kommen Sie früh genug, um vor der VIP-Linie zu sein. Essen ist nichts Besonderes, aber Sie brauchen es, um den Alkohol aufzunehmen. Beachten Sie, dass der Burger für diejenigen, die kein Schweinefleisch essen, mit Schweinefleisch/Speck gemischt wird.

Gold Member service does include first priority entry which means Gold Member and Front Row guests are allowed entry before all other guests. That said, there is a security checkpoint upon entry (for everyone's safety) that does take a few minutes to get through. That said, if you arrived after the general admissions doors opened, that checkpoint will take a bit longer which is why we always recommend arriving at check in time! Coco Bongo war unglaublich! Da gibt es keine Probleme! Ich wünschte jedoch, wir hätten bei einer anderen Firma gebucht, weil Viator meine Familie und 2 andere am Straßenrand gestrandet zurückgelassen hat. Der Fahrer hatte unseren Namen aus irgendeinem Grund nicht auf der Liste. Obwohl ich vom Viator-Gastgeber eine Bestätigung darüber hatte, wo ich mich treffen sollte und wann genau. Der Fahrer sagte, dass ein anderer Bus da sein würde, um uns in 10 Minuten abzuholen. 30 Minuten später NICHTS. Wir mussten über die Straße gehen und bezahlen, um ein Taxi zu bekommen. Ich empfehle Coco Bongo niemandem über diese Firma.

Please note that transportation is not provided by us as a company. All transportation schedules, vehicles and drivers that come with your Coco Bongo tickets are set up through Coco Bongo directly. You were picked up, so your name was on the list, or they wouldn’t have taken you to the venue at the start of the evening. Return transportation originates at Coco Bongo which is where your event took place. You simply go to the check in location where you arrived when you are ready to leave and staff assigns you a driver. This is all explained upon arrival to the club when you are dropped off. It is also important to remember that we provide multiple ways to contact us if you have any questions or concerns (phone, email, text, live chat, portal message). We never heard from you on the night of your event but we encourage you to reach out in the future as that is exactly what we are there for and we would have been more than happy to clear up any confusion and get you back to your hotel right away. Der Rücktransport kam nicht an und ließ uns in einer feindlichen Gegend von Playa del Carmen festsitzen. Wir fanden ein lokales Taxi und zahlten 700 Pesos, um zu unserem Hotel zurückzukehren. Viator hat sich geweigert, das Problem anzuerkennen und wird die Taxifahrt nicht erstatten. Ich würde empfehlen, bei Ihrem Reiseveranstalter zu buchen oder Ihre eigenen Vorkehrungen zu treffen. Vermeiden Sie diese Reise auf Viator.

Hello Nick, Thank you for your feedback but it sounds like there is some confusion here. Return transportation originates at Coco Bongo which is where your event took place for the evening (so you were already there). You simply go to the check in location where you arrived when you are ready to leave and staff will assign you a driver. This is all explained upon arrival to the club when you are dropped off. Coco Bongo staff would happily assist with any inquiries about transport upon exiting the club and we also provide multiple ways to contact us if you have any questions (phone, email, text, live chat, portal message). We never heard from you. I want to note a couple other things as well; • Coco Bongo is located off Quinta Avenida, which is a heavily populated tourist area, it is not hostile by any means. There are nightclubs, restaurants, shops and hotels spanning the entire street with bright lights, tourists and music playing at all times. • Your refund request was not for 700 pesos ($35 USD), it was for your entire Gold Member ticket payment for your group which was several hundred dollars. This was after your group spent the full evening eating, drinking, enjoying the show and using the services included in your tickets. • Lastly, as we explained to you directly, transportation is an added perk that we include for free, it is not something that is added into the ticket cost for an extra fare. Viator gives no guarantees !

The show was good but the staff was certainly unprofessional. We had bought four Gold Member VIP Front Row tickets with all the benefits costing about 800 dollars . We were shocked to be taken to the third floor balcony where we were the only people present and when we asked the guy who took us there , he threatened us in Spanish with what looked like violence . My wife was absolutely terrified and I immediately took my phone out and started WhatsApping Viator . He probably realized I was going to take action and brought us down to the area where we were supposed to be but put us in a corner with standing space only ! Our whole evening was ruined as my wife and my sister in law were worried that he would so something to us and we left the place within an hour , fearing for our lives . We also saw that the guy was taking money from people seated elsewhere to get them to the seats that we were originally to be seated ! I texted the Viator WhatsApp support who was very nice and said he would escalate our case and get us a refund . I sent pictures of the guys threatening us to Viator also ! However, this morning , I get an email from Viator that they are unable to do so ! I guess one has to be careful with companies like this , operating in foreign countries , not able to provide safety cover to their customers! I guess we were at least fortunate to get out in one piece ! I would certainly not recommend Viator to anyone ! Coco Bongo, at least the hour that we sent , seemed like a good show with a lot of talented artists but please be careful with the staff !

Coco Bongo is truly a one of a kind experience! This all said, we did reach out to Coco Bongo when we received your feedback about staff issues. As there are no details about this person's position or title, it is hard to speculate but we can assure you that no staff member at any of the venues we offer would ever threaten a client and violence is of course not tolerated by club management or us as a service provider. Moreover, there are trained security staff members present at all times to ensure safety, security and comfort of everyone in attendance. We hope you will reconsider letting your disappointment in the Viator Customer Service team affect your rating of our services, as they are two very different things.
