Thank you for your feedback but it sounds like there is some confusion here. Return transportation originates at Coco Bongo which is where your event took place for the evening (so you were already there). You simply go to the check in location where you arrived when you are ready to leave and staff will assign you a driver. This is all explained upon arrival to the club when you are dropped off. Coco Bongo staff would happily assist with any inquiries about transport upon exiting the club and we also provide multiple ways to contact us if you have any questions (phone, email, text, live chat, portal message). We never heard from you.
I want to note a couple other things as well;
• Coco Bongo is located off Quinta Avenida, which is a heavily populated tourist area, it is not hostile by any means. There are nightclubs, restaurants, shops and hotels spanning the entire street with bright lights, tourists and music playing at all times.
• Your refund request was not for 700 pesos ($35 USD), it was for your entire Gold Member ticket payment for your group which was several hundred dollars. This was after your group spent the full evening eating, drinking, enjoying the show and using the services included in your tickets.
• Lastly, as we explained to you directly, transportation is an added perk that we include for free, it is not something that is added into the ticket cost for an extra fare.
