Wir holen Sie von allen Hotels und Mietobjekten von Playa del Carmen bis Tulum ab. Wenn Sie eine Eigentumswohnung oder ein Haus vermieten, benötigen wir den vollständigen Namen und die Adresse des Ortes. Bei der Ankunft wird gebeten, den Standort telefonisch mitzuteilen. Tolle Reise, kann nicht mehr empfehlen. Arturo kannte sich wirklich gut mit den Cenoten aus und führte uns zu allen Ecken, einschließlich der Fledermaushöhle, die das Beste war und ohne Führer nicht zugänglich war. Der gesamte Ablauf verlief reibungslos von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe in unserem Hotel und das Mittagessen am Ende war auch köstlich.

In erster Linie war Claire, unsere Reiseleiterin, ein Juwel! Sie sprach sehr gut Englisch und war sehr einladend. Zweitens, gehen Sie früh! Wir sind um 8 Uhr morgens losgefahren und haben die Krone komplett verpasst! Wir waren die einzigen in beiden Augen (ojos! ) und die Fledermaushöhle. Ohne sie als Führerin hätten wir viele einzigartige Bereiche des Abenteuers nicht betreten dürfen! Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auch Fotos für uns gemacht. (Ich habe versucht, unser Luftsprungbild in das klare blaue Wasser hochzuladen, aber es hat mich nicht gelassen). Das Mittagessen nach dem Schwimmen war wirklich gut und hatte auch einige einzigartige und lokale Maya-Handwerks-Souvenirs. ZAHLEN SIE DEN EXTRA FÜR DIESE PRIVATE TOUR - SIE WERDEN ES NICHT BEREUEN! ! ! Wir sind zwei Reisende und haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt! ! * Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihren Reiseleitern Trinkgeld zu geben* Viva la Mexiko! Prost ? - zwei Besties, die das Leben und die Kultur genießen!

Daniele und Rodrigo waren fantastisch! Daniele war unglaublich sachkundig und hatte eine großartige Persönlichkeit. Er sorgte dafür, dass wir sicher waren, hatte eine gute Zeit und genoss auch unser Mittagessen. Unser Weg durch das 2. Auge der Cenote war mein Lieblingsteil. Alles, von der Fledermaushöhle über das klare Wasser bis hin zu einem schönen kalten Model mit Mittagessen, machte dieses Erlebnis umso wunderbarer. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder tun!

Juan and Carlos were the best hosts I’ve ever had. This was my friends and I favorite excursion while in Tulum. He stayed with me and my friend while we were in the Cenotes due to a lack of confidence with swimming in deep water. Also, he gave us a nice tour throughout the Cenotes and just the location. We loved him a lot! If you can, book with Juan aka JJ and Carlos for a memorable and great experience!

Arturo was absolutely the best tour guide, so knowledgeable about our Cenote tour. He was very patient with our group and even helped take group photos of us. We ended the day with a great lunch and awesome stories. If we visit again, we will request Arturo! This was such a beautiful tour!

Great people but a little brief for the price.

Our Guide Dulce and our driver both did an excellent job. Dulce gave us some knowledge about the geology and Maya history of the Cenotes. She also answered our questions about some local wildlife. The Cenote experience was so memorable, like snorkeling into another planet. We were given wetsuits to stay warm and flashlights to see the stalactites and stalagmites. Dulce took us through a narrow segment into the Bat Cave. I highly recommend doing this section as you can see may little fruit bats and a very beautiful cave with a small opening to the sky where a shaft of light beams down. On the negative side, the tour was quite short for the price. We also felt obligated to eat at the Maya restaurant directly at the Cenote site, but 11:00 was a bit early for lunch. The food there was OK, not amazing. However it’s a way to support the Maya community on the site who are the stewards of the surrounding land.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review and we are happy you had an excellent experience with our guide Dulce and driver Omar. You booked a tour for 4 people but were only 2, on a third party website that take commission. So yes you paid more but it was your decision: For the date you booked on Viator, we had only 4-6 seats vehicles available, this is why the booking was possible only with a minimum of 4 adults per booking. Doing a tour with only 2 people in a 4-6 seats van is not profitable, this is why we were not offering the option to book for only 2 people. So we understand you find it pricy but you booked and paid for 4 to get the tour only for 2. So if you rethink about it, the rate per person when you are 2 people is not that expensive for the quality and the experience of the tour, all included with private transportation, private guide, the full snorkeling gear with wetsuits and flash lights, and lunch with drinks. Regarding the lunch, it’s an early lunch as we do early pick up, we do the cenote snorkeling early morning, that makes you visit the cenote almost for yourselves before the crowds arrives. Indeed we support the Maya community going to their local restaurant. Our tours include transportation from Playa del Carmen or from Tulum hotel zone, the hotel you stayed at is one of the closest to the cenote area, so indeed you had less transportation, so it made the tour shorter. Still our team departs from Playa del Carmen or Tulum area to go and pick you up. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we will pass your excellent feedback to Dulce and Omar. Incredible private cenote tour

Fantastic trip to the Dos Ojos cenote. Juan was a phenomenal guide - not only for the cenote dive but also providing history and perspective on the area. The second cenote at Dos Ojos is incredible - the early start was worth it as we had the Bat Cave to ourselves. Strongly recommend this company and Juan!

Amazing morning with Arturo! Prompt pick up from our Airbnb and comfortable ride to the cenotes which were 45 mins away from Tulum. Arturo took us through 3 different areas and was very knowledgeable of the rock formations and history of the cenotes. The cenote was not crowded at all which made for a great private experience. My favorite part was the bat cave! Lunch was included which was also very delicious and authentic. I definitely recommend this tour!
