The Patuxet Homesite is an exhibit of seasonal/cultural ways of the Wampanoag people who have lived in Southeastern Massachusetts for over 12,000 years. As we reopened in June, the staff were preparing the land for the spring/summer house 'wetu' and the planting fields as they would have done in the spring. All activities are seasonal and some that you mentioned do not occur in the spring.
For the safety of our guests and required by State regulations, all water fountains were closed, drinks are available to purchase through retail and Plentiful Cafe or you may bring your own water bottle.
I'm sorry that you were disappointed that you missed the Mayflower, maybe you'll visit again soon.
Mayflower admission tickets go on sale from Trip Advisor effective September 1st in the combination ticket, prior to that the combination ticket included Plimoth Plantation and the Plimoth Grist Mill..
