As clearly stated on our website, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot always guarantee that all family members will be seated together, especially during fully booked voyages.
We want to assure you that the information and tips we provide on board are intended to enhance your overall experience, regardless of whether passengers choose to opt for additional extras. Our goal is to provide you with insights to help you make the most of your time in Venice. The decision to purchase any extras is entirely at the discretion of the passenger, and we do not impose any obligation to do so.
