Sehr schöne Erfahrung, der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir gebeten wurden, auf Französisch geführt zu werden, und es war schließlich auf Englisch. Ein gutes Abenteuer, um nicht nur die touristischen Orte kennenzulernen, sondern auch die weniger bekannten Höhlen, die viel kühler sind.

So eine tolle Tour. Der Kapitän und der Führer waren sehr professionell und unterhaltsam. Sie kannten sich in den Gebieten sehr gut aus und nahmen sich in jeder Höhle Zeit für die Nutzung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Großartig für Fotografen!

This guy can REALLY get you in the caves.. other larger boats, can only get so far.... but we were in all the amazing caves, practically to the beaches within... and he knew so much about the area... recommended a beach to go to for lunch and swimming and that was excellent too... highly recommend his boat and him as a guide. I don't know what I was thinking... but I wore a swimsuit... out off shore, it is cold and the water is cold so you are not going swimming... don't do what I did : but bring a suit to go to a beach after :

Not worth the money. The website states that the duration is flexible so we were lead to believe we were renting the boat for longer than 1.5 hours, that we could go in and out at our leisure, so to speak. We packed a cooler and were expecting something different than what the other tours were doing. But no, we followed the same path the other boats did. We were picked up late as the first tour wasn't back till 9:15am and we were back by 10:45. No stopping, in and out, and that was it. Save your money and go on the bigger boat tours.

A beautiful tour. My husband and I booked this private tour because he is an amateur photographer who wanted the opportunity to shoot the caves before they were overrun with other boats. Mauro graciously agreed to take us out early at first light. It was beautiful. The sea was calm and we hardly saw any other boats. He did a great job maneuvering the boat so that my husband could get the photos we wanted. All in all it was well worth the money. Practical considerations: after reading initial reviews, I was worried about the boat. Others had commented that it was small, they felt nervous, etc. I was pleasantly surprised--it was a nice, modern boat. Sure it's small, but it had to be to navigate the caves. The seats were sturdy, there were places to hold on, and we never felt tossed about on the waves. We felt quite safe and secure.

There were lots of tours happenings at the same time as ours, but because we are in the smaller boat, we were the only ones who could really go back into the caves. This tour was totally worth it and lots of fun. The guide was so nice to offer to take lots of pictures of our group.

THIS is the way to see the coastline caves .... with the grand finale being Benagil. This was a VERY nice Zodiak type raft ... big, comfortable, and they are very stable crafts. No splashing of water, even when the water got rough on the way back. Having a private tour without elbow to elbow seating was wonderful, and our guide was quite willing to make turns and returns as necessary for photos. It was a little pricey for just three people, but soooooo worth it! Directions were easy ... we received a contact number, put it into the GPS, and no problem. You won't regret having a perfect day YOUR way because you were so smart to book this! Also, I'd like to say that we stayed in Feragudo, which is an absolutely precious fishing village with the best food, wonderful surroundings, and quiet. Very close to Portimao. You can take a water taxi.

The highlight of our 10 day trip to Portugal!!! Our captain Mauro was the best! His knowledge and experience allowed us to see Benagil and many others in a way you only dream of! Seas were too rough the day before But we went out and felt perfectly safe. Dont miss this trip!!!

Great experience. The boat looked small. But after reading a review before travelling I took me family including the children for the trip. The Guide knows the sea well. Mauro knows exactly what he is doing. He was cheerful, friendly and communicated well in English. He knows exactly what he is doing and we felt confident. A good view of the caves and amazing scenery.

This trip was AMAZING! Cannot say enough nice things about our captain and the tour. We saw so many caves and even got to get off the boat and spend some time inside Benagil. We were able to modify the time to go at 7 am first light, and the boat fits at least 5 people! Highlight of our trip.

I'm not going to lie to you when our boat more like a motorized raft showed up I was ready to take the financial hit and call it a day. Our guide I believe his name was Mauro talked us into giving it a try, and if we were still uncomfortable he would bring us back. It took us all of 5 minutes to realize we were being a bit dramatic, and that this boat was indeed extremely safe, and that Mauro knew exactly what he was doing. In fact, of our two weeks in Portugal and Spain this was by far our most memorable and extraordinary experience. There is no better way to see the beauty of the Algarve coast then to do it by boat. Because it was low tide we were not able to go through the caves, however, Mauro is so skilled he was able to bring us as far in as possible and we captured some amazing photos. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the caves and was able to give us a history lesson or two. My only complaint is that the two hours whizzed by far too quickly - I could've easily spent a day riding the waves and taking in the scenery. I would highly recommend this trip!
