Greetings from Living Tours,
Dear Lori and Jim,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us about the tour you took.
We are sorry that the tour did not live up to your expectations.
We have checked what is advertised on the website and what we describe is exactly what we offered and what you described. We regret that this is not your perception.
During a guided walking tour of the historic centre of Porto, our guide will explain the history and curiosities of the city, making two stops to taste the famous Port wine and give a briefing on this type of wine. Please note that the last stop will be at a bar/viewpoint and no meals are served there.
Concerning languages. We understand that the experience is more enjoyable in one language than two. However, we advertise that "the tour is bilingual: we run the tour simultaneously in English and Spanish". As the tour has been booked in Spanish and the ladies have asked for it to be in Spanish, we have to respect the booking made, otherwise we would be failing in our commitment. Wherever possible we try to stick to one language to satisfy all our guests. Satisfaction is always our main goal.
We hope that, despite these warnings, you have had a good experience and enjoyed your visit to the city and, above all, the wines and the company. Cheers!
Kind regards
Living Tours Team
