Unfortunately it is not within our control the fact that you encountered flight delays upon your landing in Iceland, causing some other delays with your airport shuttle to Reykjavik and Blue Lagoon.Our customer service quickly stepped in to assist in the situation and arranged your transfers onto the next available bus to Reykjavik and Blue Lagoon.
Regarding your day tours, allow us to clarify one more time, that these are seat-in-coach shared tours, not private tours. So sharing transportation with other people implies to make a few stops to get them on the bus as well. And usually the extra stops are very welcome by all clients, as we give them the chance to get to see something more, have extra photo stops and the opportunity to stretch their legs for a bit.
Also our drivers are proffessional and will never do something to put our clients in danger.
The attachments we sent you were the actual tickets and vouchers for your tours and among those tickets you received a full and detailed itinerary including all the voucher numbers, pick-ups, drop-offs, stops along the way, accommodation etc.
We advise our customers to check the itinerary and vouchers before arrival, allowing them to be more familiar with the tour.
