Es ist ein MUSS!! Ich habe es am 7 August gemacht, es war mein erste Tag in Island und der beste! Die anderen waren auch super, aber dieser war genial. Tour war sehr gut organisiert unsere Guide war Andres, sehr sehr freundlich, antwortet alle Fragen. Kleine Gruppe, alle sehr nett. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, es war die Sonne den ganzen Tag. Es ist zu empfehlen auf jeden Fall.

Unsere Reiseleiterin war sehr nett und hatte viele Fakten und Geschichten zu erzählen … JEDOCH - die Leute, die hinten im Van saßen, konnten sie überhaupt NICHT hören. Sie versuchte, die Mikrofone auszutauschen, aber sie funktionierten nicht gut genug. 2 Sitze waren ebenfalls kaputt, was einigen Passagieren das Reisen unangenehm machte. Bei einer Tour am Vortag funktionierten die Mikrofone einwandfrei. (andere Firma) . Bitte reparieren Sie die Mikrofone und Sitze für andere.

We are very fortunate to have such great guides and they do everything they can to accommodate our guests. I am very sorry to hear of the technical problems with the microphone and the issue with the seats. This was not something we were aware of otherwise we would have made sure to get it fixed before the tour. Unfortunately, sometimes technical issues occur that are not able to be fixed during the tour as it is important to us that the guests visit the sites and continue with the planned schedule. We will look into these issues as a matter of priority to make sure it doesn't happen again. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Iceland.

Reiseleiter sehr nett. Es gab jedoch ernsthafte Wetteränderungen auf halbem Weg und ging unnötige Risiken ein, um mit orangefarbener Warnung und minimaler bis keiner Sichtbarkeit zum schwarzen Strand zu gelangen. Lebensbedrohliche Bedingungen sowohl am Strand als auch auf Straßen.

Ein Muss, wenn Sie Island besuchen.

Wir hatten Gumi als Fahrer. Sein Wissen war von seiner lebenslangen Erfahrung auf der Insel. Die Stopps waren unglaublich, wir hatten einen blauen Himmel, der großartig für Fotos war, aber es war sehr kalt und windig. Kleid mit Schichten. Aufgrund der kalten Temperatur konnten wir nicht hinter den Wasserfall gehen, aber wir haben immer noch tolle Fotos. Wenn ein Bereich zu voll war, gingen wir zur nächsten Haltestelle und kehrten später zurück. Der Vorteil einer Kleingruppentour. Schwarzer Strand ist ein Muss. Die Wellen sind riesig. Wieder sind die Fotos von schwarzem Sand, Schnee und blauem Himmel wunderschön. Zurück durch die Berge zu fahren war ein Erlebnis. Wind weht den Schnee auf die Straße. Liebte jede Minute.

This is a great tour. There's so much included that's worth seeing; Seljalandsfoss (wear waterproof clothing and non-slip footwear) and Skogafoss waterfalls, the black sand beach of Reynisfjara, Solheimajokull glacier , and the surprisingly green countryside, provide a good overview of the diversity in landscape in this part of the country. The timing of stops at each site was adequate. We liked that there was a healthy amount of exertion required at each site (walking, climbing) to break up the bus travel portions of the trip. Our guide was excellent. Highly recommend.

Mini bus tour, clean and comfortable. The sites we were taken to are worth the time, money and energy to visit. However, stormy weather prevented us from visiting VIK. Also the puffins kept themselves sheltered from the storm and were invisible. Walking behind a waterfall was a new and worthwhile experience. Our guide was informative. We were prewarned to bring rain resistant clothing and did not comply, resulting in a soaking. It would have been nice if the tour operator could have had some raincoats available for use or rental on the tour bus.

Bjorn, our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, set off with our small group and told us loads about Iceland's past and present and enthused so much about the sights and nature of his country that if you weren't already in love with Iceland you were by the end of the day! He taught us a lot about Iceland and its creation. He managed to get us to all the stops before the masses turned up and before the sun went behind any of the few clouds that were in the sky. We managed to see the waterfalls, the ice glacier, the waves and the black sands, endless icicles and wonderful ice formations in all their splendour as though it was just them and us. A grand day out with the best guide.

Missed a star due to the weather! Torrential rain all day! However, our guide from 'Gateway to Iceland' was great - very fun - lots of information. These waterfalls are a must on any visit to Iceland. Coastline beautiful too despite the weather. Take weatherproof clothes - we were kitted for the winter weather so we were warm but some further waterproofing would have been useful.

We had a fantastic trip. In one long day,we were able to see glaciers, volcanos, black sand, waterfalls and island up close and personal. We had the benefit of an absolutely clear, relatively warm day which enabled us to see sights which may not have been visible otherwise. Andres was an excellent and informative guide and we were well taken care of. The scenery was even more spectacular because of the recent rains and everything was lush and green. The net result was that we saw some of the most beautiful sights we had ever seen. The use of a minibus instead of a large touring bus enabled us to be much more flexible on time and the tour group was able to bond much more easily. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Really enjoyed this tour. Being on a small mini bus makes the experience more enjoyable and our tour guide was excellent. The waterfalls are amazing! If you are going to walk behind the waterfall I would definitely recommend wearing waterproof pants as well as waterproof jacket as you will get soaked otherwise!! The tour guide gave us plenty of time at each location and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Bjorn was a fantastic guide on this tour, he had so much information and history to share and was very enthusiastic, you can see he loves his country. He even put together a Spotify playlist of Icelandic musicians which was brilliant, i forgot to ask him to share the playlist with me! Highly recommended tour!
