Nach der Abholung von Ihrem Hotel in Reykjavík steigen Sie in den klimatisierten Bus und begeben sich auf die 10-stündige Tour entlang Islands Südküste.
Weiter geht es nach Vík, dem südlichsten Dorf auf der Insel Island. Auf dem Weg machen Sie Halt an einigen der spektakulärsten Naturlandschaften des Landes. Am Seljalandsfoss-Wasserfall haben Sie die einmalige Gelegenheit, hinter den Wasserfall zu spazieren und auf der anderen Seite der wieder herauszukommen. Machen Sie fantastische Fotos am 60 Meter (196 Fuß) hohen Skógafoss-Wasserfall, dessen Sprühnebel einen fast permanenten doppelten Regenbogen erzeugt.

Wunderschöne Natur, lohnende Ziele bis auf den Stopp in Vik Fastfood oder Stehimbiss, organisatorische Mängel 1/2 Stunde Verzögerung bei der Abfahrt, weil das Mikrofon der Reiseleiterin nicht funktionierte, sie hatte die Disziplin der doch recht großen Gruppe nicht im Griff, dadurch kam es zu weiteren Verspätungen

The weather cooperated so all the stops were great. But the best part of the trip was listening to our driver, Docci. His detailed explanation of the geography, geology and history of Iceland was amazing. He added personal stories to make it all special. He is a great ambassador for Iceland.

Even though the weather conditions were not ideal, this tour was great! The guide was very knowledgeable and safety was the upmost importance. The town of Vik was a nice midtour stop for lunch. Would recommend going for the experience and scenery!

This was a great tour, our guide was very informative and interesting. As it's quite a long day, a lot of driving involved, the sights we saw were amazing and I'm pleased I took this tour. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because at the waterfall where you can go up the stairs and close to the water I was only able to do one or the other due to the time given. It would have taken too long to up all those stairs with my 9 year old and then go right up to the bottom of the waterfall as well.

Tour was interesting, good guide who provided a lot of interesting information. I signed up for an English tour and ended up on a bilingual tour English and French, so had to listen to the French which was a bit annoying.

This was a big bus trip which is why I only gave it 4 stars. The South is probably the most beautiful part of the country and we enjoyed the black sand beaches, waterfalls and the scenery. I thought that the town of VIK was more than just an overpriced lunch stop and would have liked that explained better. Also, the tour was much longer because all participants were dropped off at their hotels individually. This added about an hour to a long trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the waterfalls, the glacier, and the black sand beach, along with the little town of Vik. Everything was as expected, except - warning! - if you're older and not as agile as you used to be, be aware that Iceland in general has very little in the way of accommodation for the changing needs of seniors. This tour was no exception. It would have been a lot more fun if we'd been young and strong. Then again, what wouldn't?

Tour was good to see the sights, even on a rainy day. The large number of passengers on the coach made the tour slow and there were so many people at each of the stops it was hard to see everything. Overall, a good way to see a lot of the country in one day and show what to do next trip.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and showed much dedication having spoken both English and German on the coach. Trip itself was great - stopped at some stunning locations! First stop was about 1h30m from the bus terminal so worth having a toilet stop beforehand as there was not one available on the coach I felt we stopped enough times for this to not be a problem Would highly recommend this trip if you have already done the Golden Circle Tour, in particular if you are into photography like we are. As with anywhere in Iceland, be prepared for changing weather conditions through the day. I'd recommend bringing food with you if possible as it saves a fair bit of time waiting in queues at the stops. I booked this for my parents so this is their opinion: We had an amazing time in a beautiful country. The guide was very informative and made the trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who has never been before. Just be careful if you go in winter as the black beach is freezing and the wind knocked someone over on our tour.

Decent tour, but the weather was really gross. Sideways rain, windy, cold. Also, we booked through Reykjavik Excursions. Avoid this group if you can! They did not pick us up for this tour and we had to move it to the next day. I called early that morning to confirm again that we would be picked up. Reykjavik Excursions also did not pick us up for our transfer back to the airport, although we were waiting in the designated area 1 hour prior to the pick up time.
