    The detailed history about the people that were accused of being witches. Seeing the Cemetery and their memorials as well as the different landmarks and locations of where it actually happened at.

    The guide ran away mid tour to chase a child around Salem and this interrupted parts of the tour. The tour lacked consistency and wasn’t engaging.

    Hi Rachel. I am sorry that you did not have a good time. I didn’t chase the kid for no reason. He threw down a fire cracker next to one of my employees while she was working. That employee is struggling with an injury that I will not disclose. But I am protective of her. A lot of the locals mess with us and they think they are allowed to. Which doesn’t make any sense. If I messed with a construction worker or landscaper while they were working, they would not just take it. If I came to your place of work and messed around with you, I doubt that you would take it. But I am sorry you had a bad time. Better luck next time

    We loved the history and how it was told. Although was cold (for a Californian) and we were tired we didn’t feel the walk. It was enjoyable

    Ally and David were very friendly and made the tour fun. Recommend! We learned a few things we didn’t know about Salem which made it interesting.

    The walking tour was very enlightening and was told very well by our tour guide, David. He had such a great way of interacting with his group and explaining the history of the locations. The locations were so close together that there wasn’t too much walking (if anyone has mobility impairments). Overall, we thought the tour was very fun and we learned more about Salem history than we previously did before. If you have an hour/hour and a half, it’s worth your time to go.

    Ally did a great job at relaying the history of the Salem witch trials. She made it relatable and engaging. We love her kind and humorous personality (spooky ramen). David did a great job at making sure our large group didn’t get lost in the Halloween crowd. Our only feedback is we wish the guides had their Venmo displayed somewhere, so we could have left a tip. We are still willing to if they want to message us their handles. However, we also are not sure if this is allowed or not with Trip Advisor/Viator. We just never carry cash. 😂 I’d give this tour 5 stars, and they both work so hard.

    Allie was our tour guide and did fabulous! It was insightful and fun. She even showed up a few more touristy spots after our tour that made it even more worth it. Our group also was small for the Halloween weekend and was so fun to have more one-on-one with her.

    Loved this time and especially the time. The streets weren’t as packed like during the day! Allie was great and funny! I did by mistake confused the dates of my tour and she still let me continue with her!

    Really fun and would definitely do it again, the tour guide was Allie and I recommend getting her, best tour guide. Very fun, if it went to 10 stars I would give that.

    The tour started late because we were given the wrong meeting place. The guide could do nothing about the weather and did try to find covered areas for us, but there was nothing to this tour. Very little history and he kept repeating himself to fill the time. Wasn’t worth the money we spent at all. Definitely would not recommend. While waiting we saw other tour groups and they we’re definitely being educated about the history and area.

    We had changed our address because the previous original one was too close to unfriendly competitors and in a very crowded area. October 21, Saturday, that is the only day we had a problem because that is the only day where TripAdvisor did not change it on everyone’s ticket. But we texted and called everyone and told them and most of the other people made it to the address. We are dealing with 35-year-old you don’t know how to use Google maps. And we were about 80 yards away. It was also raining very heavily, and we should’ve canceled every tour. If I had to do over again, I would have canceled it. It was pouring. But still, we called everyone and we really weren’t that far. I am sure you use Google maps to get to Salem, you could’ve used it to find the address that we gave you. Better luck next time.

    Disappointed, didn't even stay in tour. The tour guides were not dressed even remotely anything halloween related especially the weekend I went to which was halloween. Not spooky, just a bunch of facts in rapid fire. Left after first stop.

    The tour guide chasing a kid and having the police stop the kid for throwing a pop it in the street! Ridiculous. It was a kid.

    I’m sorry about that Jill. I was very stressed that day. However, we were working. If I came into your office and threw a fire cracker on the ground, I don’t think you would put up with it. But I’m sorry you had a bad experience.
