Your booking error actually cost you $400 and not $1000.
You purchased Alcatraz tickets from us and we secured them for you for a date in December. We submitted those names for you as agreed and spent our money on non refundable Alcatraz tickets for you!
Alcatraz National Parks has a no refund policy. Plain and simple. They can assist you within 1-2 days but certainly not a month later.
You then messaged us saying that you really wanted a date in late January after we lost $400 on your non refundable Alcatraz transaction.
We know you wanted a full refund but your mistake cost you and us both $400! We refunded the rest of the order for you without an issue. We did not keep your full total and we certainly had excellent customer service in getting you this remainder refund.
We give you one star as a customer as well.
