Our company runs small to medium size groups these days and this information is provided on our website. As well as the mask policy, that is also included on our confirmation email, which we send immediately after receiving the booking confirmation. However, we are limited to the contact info provided by the booking agent. Viator does not provide with email addresses so we are unable to know if passengers receive the emails. We are working on improving this matter and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.
