We customize the itinerary based on client's preferences and immediately reach to our guests via email and SMS upon booking . You had a relatively large group (6) and delayed completion of our itinerary customization form until 08/02 with tour on 08/04.
However, We still built the itinerary for your group and communicated several times prior to departures with details. You simply had to click on a winery's name and choose your tasting options. This, we leave up to you for the reasons mentioned in the itinerary email and below. It only takes a minute. You've delayed and we had to rebuild the itinerary within 24 hrs prior to departure without charging extra.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we don't make wine tasting reservations on the client's behalf, for the following reasons:
1. Each winery has several tasting options. Prices RANGE $45-$90 OR more.
2. Credit Card companies often flag and block third party transactions processed on the client's behalf.
3. Credit / Refund may be issued by the winery if bottles of wine are purchased.
