Lange verrückt warten, bis andere sich dem Shuttle anschließen. Wir landeten mit einem Taxi. Versuchte anzurufen und erreichte Epic. Sie sagten, wir müssten Viator anrufen, natürlich sind sie eine Mega-Online-Plattform und Sie können niemanden erreichen. Wir wollen unser Geld zurück

Dear Sarah, we believe Your comment is not fair, you reserved a shared Transportation. When you called us you mentioned you believed you had booked a Private Transportation. When you booked the transportation it clearly advises about the waiting time and that you share with others, that is why you paid less Money then a Private Transportation Service. We gave you the option to cancel at the Airport OUTSIDE of any cancelation policies and to take a Taxi, call Viator and get Your refund or to upgrade to a Private Transportation. We are sorry that you feel this way. Feel free to adress your concern with Viator, we are happy to refund Your money for the not used service, even though it is outside ours and Viators Cancelation Policies. Many thousands of happy clients use our Shared Transportation Service every year and opt to have a cold Margarita at any of the many Bars until the vehicle is ready. It depends on how you look at life and how much money you want to spend.

Ich benutze Viator immer für Flughafentransfers außerhalb der USA - zuverlässig und pünktlich. EPIC war keine Ausnahme, leicht zu findender Fahrer bei der Ankunft in Cabo San Lucas und selbst wenn sich meine Hotelabholung bei der Rückkehr änderte, einfach zu kontaktieren und die Änderung vorzunehmen. Fahrer immer professionell und freundlich.

For some reason they didn’t have confirmation of my booking. They cleared that up, but wondered if that was a reason I had to wait 30 min or so. Waiting time wasn’t a big issue being shared but the no A/C in the van was an issue.

The van they used had no air conditioning for the back two rows! It was a miserable experience and I’ll never book with Viator/Epic transportation again when traveling to Cabo. I’ll pay the extra $ and take a private service! I guess I should have remembered, you get what you pay for, in this case heat stroke!

Not the Experience We Expected

When we arrived after flying since 430am EST, we met with the gentleman from Epic about our transportation, which we had arranged for 130 pick up and transport to our hotel. We were told anywhere between 10-35 minutes before it would be time to depart, but with 2 small children, we were hoping this would be taken into account and assist us with leaving sooner rather than later. After 10-15 minutes, I approached the gentleman again and insisted we would be provided with transportation sooner since our children were clearly exhausted from traveling. The gentleman was then kind enough to assist with us with our transport, but we were instructed to sit in the very back of the van. We also did not think we would be making multiple stops, starting in San Jose del Cabo, and other hotels on the opposite side of the road, which easily could have been accessed on the return trip to the airport. The ride was bumpy and quite hasty, making my wife car sick. We finally arrived after nearly 75-90 minutes from the time we approached the gentleman about our ride initially. Overall this was not the experience we anticipated and will not be using this company to return to the airport, or in the future upon returning to Cabo.

Although exiting the airport can be a bit overwhelming, I found the company pretty easy. They had an attendant there holding a sign with my name. The driver was pleasant and efficient getting me to my destination.

Amazing company, our airport transportation was flawless. Just make sure you do walk all the way outside of the airport to avoid vendors trying to sell you a timeshare. We got caught up for a few minutes but we quickly realized that they were trying to sell us something. So we continued outside of the airport. As soon as we exited the airport we saw the epic team members, they were very courteous and quickly got us onto our transportation to the resort. The driver was very nice and highlighted some of the scenery on the way to the resort.

It’s 82 degrees. We all have flown for hours. There is not one seat to sit while you wait for the drivers to round up the cattle for the drive into to Los Cabos. There is a cafe but of course u are obligated to buy a $9 beer.

No reservations in system upon arrival

The reservations were not in your system when we arrived and we had proof of our reservation in writing and by text and they finally reached the office by phone and put in our reservation and put us on a shuttle 1 hour later. We are concerned that we won’t be picked up for trip back to the airport .
