The Full Island Tour

Wow! What a memorable experience with our guide, George. He picked us up early right at the cable car entrance and brought us to everything we wanted to see. He was an excellent and safe driver while navigating the streets of Fira. We especially liked that he got us to Oia before it got very busy. We especially loved the Santos winery and Ftelos Brewery. He was able to get us back in plenty of time to make the walk down the steps to get to our tender for our cruise. The only negative was that we thought the beer tasting was already included in the price, but no worries! I can’t imagine doing all of the things we did on our own, so we are so grateful that we booked this tour. Thank you George!

Great Customized Experience of Santorini

This tour was not only special because of the beautiful city of Santorini, but mainly special because of our wonderful tour guide ‘Panagiota’. She was knowledgeable and super fun to hang out with. Our driver Stavros was excellent and we were able to design a programme for the day to exactly suit our interests with some good suggestions on how we would spend our free time later in the week. It’s important to do some research beforehand.

Fantastic private excursion of Santorini at a bargain price

Santorini was already our favourite Greek Island. I t was made so much better by our guide Stavros it is now our favourite memory from a fantastic 4 week cruise holiday. Thanks you Stavros our driver guide. The cruise line offered a list of shore excursions and even though we were booking 4 months in advance our first, second and third excursion choices were sold out. So we started looking at options and Viator offered us the best solution. A private car and driver for 6 hours, with some trepidation we booked it for the 3 of us. Stavros met us at the top of the Gondola in Fira with a large sign with our name on it as he was supposed to he walked withus through the town providing lots of information and shopping suggestions and left us in a shady spot to wait while he got the car a spotless luxury van. As we began to drive he asked us what we wanted to do, he offered some suggestions, some of which we took and some we declined, we did say we wanted to spend about an hour and a half at the best beach and have lunch at some point. He delivered exactly what we wanted and found us a beach restaurant where food was great as well as cost. I have recommended Viator and Stavros to more than 10 people on the cruise as we went to Santorini twice a week apart
On my next cruise I will check out Viator before I book any excursions on board

We met our guide Stavros right where they said he would be and he showed us a monistery the black sand beach. He took us to a winery and to the most beautiful place for lunch where they cooked us a whole red snapper on an open fire! The day was wonderful. Thank you so much!!!

Best day ever in Santorini

Demetrius was the best tour guide!! We only had 4 hours and really made the most of it. He made sure that we knew that he would take us wherever we wanted and had amazing, beautiful suggestions for a long the way. He took pictures of our whole group, took us to see the most beautiful sunset ever, and got us back to the cable car in time to catch our tender back to our cruise ship. He was mindful of the time without sacrificing a minute of our tour time. We never would have seen half of the things we did without him. We'll never forget Santorini!!!
