Come prepared to drink, eat, cook, and be cheerfully evaluated. George is very knowledgeable, funny, and as exacting as you would expect a professional chef to be. His lovely wife, won’t attempt spelling) was as charming and as gracious as George. Do not eat in the morning if taking afternoon class. Their assists were lovely too, Linda, and a gentleman who’s name I missed over laughter.

What a wonderful time my husband and I had learning to make classic Greek dishes here! It was definitely the highlight of our trip. If you are second guessing if you should do this, don’t hesitate and book it. You will not be disappointed. It was the perfect sized group with such nice people. Fantastic day with an adorable family. The food was fantastic and the class was very fun. A couple of the dishes we watched the chef make and did not actually make them ourselves, but we did learn good cooking habits, tips, and skills while watching him. What do you get when you mix an excellent chef and a stand up comic? George, your host for this must do experience. If you find any enjoyment in cooking this is a cant miss event. The setting is amazing, and lunch after making your dishes is a highlight. Spoiler alert, this will make your subsequent dining experiences in Santorini pale. The secrets are in the details, and George is generous with the details. His wife is your host and is the perfect foil for George. Bon appitite.

What a gem of a find! This is truly the best experience in Greece. If you’re looking for an authentic Greek experience, go no where else. You simply can’t go to Greece and not have this experience. Not only was it the best meal we had in Greece but Paula and George are simply the best hosts with the most amazing staff. We immediately felt like family. The whole day was fun and enjoyable and the food was out of this world. Everything was so healthy and natural that even though you got a lot of food (and wine!) you didn’t leave feeling weigh down or gross. I love seeing people be passionate about what the do and Paula and George are just that! 10/10 recommend this. It’s something you can’t put a price on.

This cooking experience was one of our favorite activities in Santorini. George and his wife welcomed us into their home, where they taught us how to make some fabulous Greek recipes. Everything was perfectly set up to easily enjoy your time and learn some traditional Greek meals to make at home. You enjoy the items you prepared in a beautiful outdoor setting. They send you with a cookbook of the items made and we will definitely use them at home. It is a unique experience which was enjoyed by the cooks and non-cooks in our group.

What a fun experience!! I was a solo traveller and wanted to experience cooking real Greek dishes. I felt right at home with a large class and endless wine whilst cooking! And the dishes were so delicious!! This was an amazing experience. I am not a cook, so was afraid it would not interest me or would be above my head. The location was beautiful, the teaching was appropriate for me as well as more experienced cooks, and I learned quite a few things I can use again and again. This was the best meal we had in our entire 10 day vacation.
