Ok, but not one to pick.

Would not use this service again. Clearing customs was a slow process. Half way through got a message saying the driver exceeded the waiting time and that if i didnt agree to pay another $30 then he would leave. Surely a transfer company would know about customs timing. MAde it a stressful experience after almost 30 hours travelling to get here. Car smelt like cigarette. Driver was polite but said nothing the entire trip.

There wasn’t anything overly memorable about the experience. I didn’t like that the driver never contacted me, I had to reach out to them. I also did not like that the driver that was assigned to us was a smoker. Granted it’s his car and he has the right to smoke in his car but his passengers should not have to put up with the smell.

Pick up instructions were unclear. Driver did not speak fluent English. Despite advising both the reservation clerk and the driver 4 times of our hotel addres we were dropped at the wrong location.

Picked up promptly, greeted us , was in constant contact, safe courteous driver dropped us off at the front door of the hotel, and offered us transportation to the port , as I was unaware that our driver could.. one less thing to figure out.

Though I had considerable delays with my flight and baggage claim resulting in my late arrival at the agreed pickup spot, the driver was waiting patiently. I was quite anxious. But the driver was waiting and very helpful and got me to my destination hitch free.

Absolutely awful...do not waste your time/money, just book an Uber. I booked this to take my party from the airport to our hotel. It says they will contact you 48 hours in advance. They did not. I sent them a message hours before our flight trying to confirm and see if we were all set and they did not answer until we were almost landed. At that point I had contacted viator explaining what had happened, or what had not happened, but they said it was the day of and all they could do was send a request to cancel to the company. When we landed I received no communication and ultimately called an Uber. The company is arguing with me stating that they tried to contact me but I have no calls or text from them. They are refusing to give a refund or take accountability for anything. Ultimately, it was a scam and I would encourage others not to book through this company.

The biggest issue I had was communication in the language because the driver was difficult to understand because he had a heavy heavy accent in trying to find out the pick up location at the airport. Once he started texting no issue. After that all went well.

The young man kept in touch with us by text starting about 3 days prior to our scheduled transport up until we met at the Seattle airport. Friendly, professional and courteous. Car was clean, cool, and smelled nice. He promptly transported us to our hotel and pointed out highlights along the way. Very pleasant and sociable. Will definitely use Viator again not only for transports, but for excursions and private tours. Excellent service!
