Hello and sorry to hear that we missed you. Somehow our platform never recieved the viator booking. However we recieved email about the issue and were working in the back ground to get it right but as you know this technology can be a gift and a curse at the same time. If reservation came threw,we would have been threw to pick u up. I really wish you would have called if nothing else because our phone system didn’t go down but we do understand the frustration.
