Please be honest about how you changed the number of people in your group multiple times through Viator. You originally booked for 5 adults and an infant. On October 16 we received an email from Viator stating passengers 5 and 6 were removed from your reservation and that you were given a partial refund with the cancellation of 2 travelers. The day of your tour which happened to be the Saturday right before Halloween and the busiest day of the year for us, you called to add the 5th passenger back on the tour. The receptionists informed me of your situation. I said I was willing to go over our ideal capacity by one person to accommodate you since you decided to re-add the 5th traveler. I heard her call you back and tell you we were willing to make an exception and one time courtesy to accommodate you. We did everything we could for you last minute. You signed the waivers and checked in for the tour, so please help me understand why you are upset with us.
