Angelica, we did receive your message through TripAdivsor 40 mins before the tour saying you would be late and would still like to participate in the tour. I responded to your message through TripAdvisor. We have no calls from you in our call log but I did call you and got no response so I left you a voicemail at 9:00pm. We waited till 9:15 then decided to go ahead and get started. I stuck around after the tour departed incase you called back and wanted to join the tour. We do work with our customers when they reach out and communicate the situation to us.
This is the owner and I want to add in by mentioning a few things. You mentioned you were late and that you had an issue with google maps. It's your responsibility to arrive on time. We called you at 9:00pm to see if you needed directions but you did not answer so we left you a voicemail. The manager responded to you email asking you where you were and if you needed assistance. No reply yet again. We understand things happen and we offer a credit to those who miss a tour with a reasonable excuse. You didn't call back and the manager stuck around waiting for you. Furthermore, you never called the following day to ask for a credit. You never spoke to anyone on the matter in the aftermath. Everything you wrote in your review is incorrect and couldn't further from the truth. You pass off your tardiness as our fault. You claim we overlooked you when we called you and responded to your email. I have the email feed and call log saved. Then you claim you should get a credit but you never called and spoke to anyone on the matter because if you did you would have received a credit if you would have communicated and been fair and an honest person. Answer your phone, reply to our email response, call us back. If you can't be contacted we can't help you.
