Dear Hernando,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so sorry that you felt disappointed with a few points but let us please take the chance to clear it more.
1- Regarding the overcrowded boats, it's because the restrictions of the tourism and protected area which gives only few spots for snorkelling and it's forced by the tourism police and if there's a diving centre which doesn't follow the instructions, the licence will be taken. We're trying our best to negotiate all possible way so we can offer a better experience for our guests.
2- Regarding the swimming on your own prevention it's due to the safety reasons, it used to be free over the last few years but with some repeated accident on the shores of the Red Sea, it had to be set restriction which all centres must follow.
Once again, We're so sorry if you didn't enjoy your experience as you wished and promise to do our best in the future to make the experience better.
Kind regards,
Sasa
